I am rejecting this response because: I did provide them  with first and last name and not just e-mail to cancel the subscription.  I was assured that my daughters credit card was removed from there system as well. I questioned Flo Sports why the second time they could see both e-mails yet the first time they were not able to.  if they do in fact go by e-mail then why wasn't there two bills  generated. No answer was given .

IMMEDIATLEY tried to contact this company several times in every way possible I clearly did not want a yearly subscription and NEED to be refunded the $120 that was not supposed to be charged.

I am rejecting this response because:  I only used the service for less than one week before concluding it was an inferior product.  I did respond to them repeatedly via email requesting that the service be cancelled, not modified to their advantage, but their emails repeated that I could cancel after the years subscription, not after the 5 days of service. I quit responding when it became clear they would not honor their "you can cancel at any time" pronouncement.... I did request the bank to halt payment as it seemed the only way to resolve the problem since the company was so reluctant to honor my cancellation request.....

On Apr. 20th the customer reached out to us letting us know that they made a mistake and signed up for a yearly subscription billed at $150 annually. We changed their subscription to a monthly subscription billed at $29.99 and issued a credit back to their account of the remaining amount of $120.01 and set their subscription to cancel based on their request.

Hello I am rejecting the businesses response  because they made no mention of refunding me my money. I had only signed up for one month only witch it stated.. I tried to cancel my account immediately online and by contacting them as well and they proceeded to bill me . I would like to be refunded my $60.00 compliant number [redacted] Sent from my iPhone

I am rejecting this response because: The complete non-responsiveness of the customer service made it impossible to get in touch with the company over the feed quality problems. I tried to call customer service about the feed quality and received no response. Therefore, I do not feel I should be charged for a service by which I received no customer support for.

I did not subscribe to any services.  The email address used is not my email.  I attempted several times to contact FloSports to inquire about repeated charges and did not receive any communications until lately.  While one charge was refunded, a request to end the services immediately, with a full refund was denied, claiming a subscription was applied to my card.  I did not subscribe to the service and simply wish to have a full refund of the charges applied to my account.
FloSports does not respond to repeated communications.  Had they been responsible with initial communications, this situation would not have continued to evolve.

I would like to start off by saying I am blown away at the "false claims" I have been accused of. A simple google search within the BJJ/Grappling community will show I was not the only one affected by your poor streaming quality. An agent DID make a statement outside your customer service emails, so again, before accusing me of a "false claim" please do your research so you are completely informed. Your ads did pop up after each time your stream crashed and it was a known fact within the community that your production was set up late. Maybe the event itself started on time but the audo/video did not sync properly for ANYONE.
 
With that being said, I have time stamped emails that I can provide that shows the time/date of each email I sent to your "live customer service" in which I never got a response to during the event. We both know I don't need to explain that I DID in fact reach out as soon as your stream started. Perhaps your email system is lagging as well and you did not receive my emails in a timely manor? With that being said, within my emails I have archived, I can provide proof that your customer service lacks in communication and come off very rude.
 
As stated, all I wanted was a refund after being treated poorly by your customer service. Maybe in the future you could offer a free month of service when issues don't get resolved? Had you offered me that in the beginning I would have never pushed for a refund.
 
I have screen shots of all correspondences between your customer service which will prove everything you are claiming is false information available on request.

customer [redacted] subscribed on Mar. 22 to a monthly subscription to FloSwimming. On our subscription page, we do list that a user is subscribing to a subscription with us and before a payment is process, a user will have to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions are presented upon sign. The customer's subscription auto-renewed on Apr. 22nd and May 22 because they failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal date per our Terms and Conditions. We do sent a welcome email to all users that create a subscription us, thanking them for joining, letting them know they have subscription with us and also what day their subscription will auto-renew with us. The first point of contact was on May 22rd after their renewal date. A subscription can be canceled at anytime in a users account settings or via a phone call to customer support.

I am rejecting this response because:I read the Terms and Conditions and don't see a reference to such an email, nor to my obligation to save or screenshot a cancellation page or email (both things that the company has asked for). I would like the company to provide a list of all emails with timestamps that they sent to my account from April 27th, 2016 onward. I have NONE in my email history. Deleted emails are in the trash for a month, so in December I would've at least seen ones from November, but there were none in the trash, either. If I was a subscribed member as they claim, I should've been receiving emails frequently. Businesses who send things monthly also send monthly reminders; for example before my Amazon subscriptions send and charge me, I get a confirmation email. Before my [redacted] delivery is shipped, I get a confirmation email. Why would I think I was still paying for a monthly subscription when they were sending me no emails indicating that I was?I would like the company to provide a timestamped record of logins to my account from April 27th until my cancellation. This will show that I never once logged in after the [redacted] Relays 2016. They are seeking to secretly profit from someone who never used any of their resources. I am not asking for any free goods; I paid $20 to watch just minutes of [redacted] Relays which is a huge profit for the company already. Why would I stay subscribed at $20/month when I wasn't using the account? Why does FloSports think that's fair or honest?

Talked a representative and they explained I would have archive ACCESS to view recorded footage of my son on a site called FLOWRESTLING.ORG. I was charged 20 dollars for a thirty day membership. Track wrestling through USA wrestling offers a much better deal with all access for half the price to all features. Ive left several messages explaining my problem. No return phone calls have been made to myself to address the problem. I would like to get a refund. I purchased a twenty dollar membership based on features they explained I would benefit from concerning the purchase. This turned out to be a complete LIE. Ive talked to several people who feel the same way and I will continue to advertise flowrestling as a scam and fraudulent company. They will lose more money than they stole from me, guaranteed!

I have located further information on this account This customer had 2 account one under the email [redacted] which is not a paid account therefore would not have a cancellation button The customers actual account was under the email [redacted]. The customers issues was that they kept using the wrong email to access account. He will be billed 1 month for January as per terms and Service and credited for the rest of the yearly account.

We have responded to this customer on numerous occasions notifying him that we do not have any active account under the [redacted] that was provided. Also, the  customers only complaint was that we did not have an app available for our website not on the quality of our product...

nor did they indicate that they wanted to cancel  until 30 days after the event.  the complaint that came in on May 1st was that there was no app for the website we did not hear from the customer again until June 1st asking for a refund.  We still do not have any information from the customer to locate any account. We only grant refunds if there is a quality problem with our online stream.

The Customer created a monthly subscription with us on June 30th and set their subscription up to cancel on July 1st. Their subscription was then sent to cancel at the end of their monthly cycle on July 30th. The customer would have access to their paid content until July 30th. We are always...

available to help troubleshoot and assist to resolve any problems that may occur. The first point of contact about any issues was on July 22nd.

This customer accept the 2 month free option that was offered by our company on 2/20/17 for the the technical issue we had on 2/19/17. The Credit was applied to the account under email  [redacted].
