This customer accept the month free option that was offered by our company on 2/20/for the the technical issue we had on 2/19/The Credit was applied to the account under email [redacted]

When the customer contacted on Nov12th, we took at look there account under their email of [redacted] and we let the customer know that their account under their email of [redacted] was an active paid accountAn active paid account gives our customer the ability to view our live stream events and other paid contentWe did not see any technical issues with their account that would prevent them from logging in and viewing our live stream eventsA customer would receive a message saying "Pay Now" if they are logging into an account that is not paid or their card paid has failedThe customer also created an under the email of [redacted] That account is not an active paid accountWhen the customer was logging into their account and were receiving a message saying "Pay Now," they were logging into their wrong accountWe responded back letting the customer know that their active paid account is under the email of [redacted] To view our live stream event, the customer had to sign into their account under their email of [redacted] not [redacted]

On FloTrack, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $a month and a yearly subscription billed at $a annuallyBoth subscription are auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal dateThe customer [redacted] , created a monthly subscription on April 27th and failed to cancel their subscription per terms and conditionsWe offer ways to cancel a subscriptionA customer can cancel their subscription in their account settings or contact us via email or phoneIf a customer cancels in their account settings, an automatic email is emailed to the customer letting them know, their subscription with us has been canceledThe first point of contact from the [redacted] was on December 31stWe let the customer know that their subscription with has has not been cancel prior to the first point of contact when we canceled their subscription for themWe asked for a screenshot of the cancellation email the customer would have received if they canceled their subscription in their account settings for verification that they canceled their subscription with usThe customer could not provide us with a cancellation email that they cancel their subscription themselvesFloSports based an account active when a subscription is created until when then subscription is canceled with us

When the customer first contacted us on Mar11th, we explained that our subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal dateWe do not offer a one-time subscriptionThe customer subscribed to a monthly subscription and failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal dateOn May 20th, the customer contacted us again and we explained how to cancel their subscription with usOn our subscription page, we do list that a customer is subscribing to a subscription with us and in order to have a subscription with us, they will have to agree to our Terms and Conditions which is pretensive upfront on our subscription page

The customer [redacted] created a monthly subscription on Apr26th to view our live stream on of the US Open tournament on our FloWrestling websiteBefore creating a subscription, We have a schedule for the event on the start times for each divisionThe customer contacted us on Apr 26th asking about the schedule of the tournament and we provide a linkThe customer wanted to watch the UWW Juniors division which we were live streamingThe next point of contact from the customer was on Apr28thWe explained, since the customer wanted to view UWW Juniors division and we live stream the UWW Juniors division and it was listed on our schedule, we are unable to issue a credit back to the users accountWe have also attached a screenshot of the users account activity viewing our live stream event

On FloMarching, part of our FloSports Network, we only offer a monthly subscription and a yearly subscriptionBoth subscription are auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal dateWe do not offer a pay per view option or a one-time optionThe customer [redacted] ***'s husband [redacted] ***, email of [redacted] , created a monthly subscription and failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal date per our terms and conditionsWith an account activity, we base an account activity on when a subscription is created with us until a subscription has canceledThe first point of contact we received from the customer was on Nov25th after their renewal date

Talked a representative and they explained I would have archive ACCESS to view recorded footage of my son on a site called FLOWRESTLING.ORGI was charged dollars for a thirty day membershipTrack wrestling through USA wrestling offers a much better deal with all access for half the price to all featuresIve left several messages explaining my problemNo return phone calls have been made to myself to address the problemI would like to get a refundI purchased a twenty dollar membership based on features they explained I would benefit from concerning the purchaseThis turned out to be a complete LIEIve talked to several people who feel the same way and I will continue to advertise flowrestling as a scam and fraudulent companyThey will lose more money than they stole from me, guaranteed!

I purchased a monthly subscription with the understanding that I would be able to watch the live stream and that they would upload the videos for later viewing Both of these issues were falseThe live stream was only 1/visible, choppy, with frequent freezesCustomer service would not respond to my questions about the feedOthers complained about the feed on the Flomarching Facebook page and asked if they would be able to watch the videos laterI answered those comments with the infomation I was given via emailI was not that upset because I had been told that they would upload the videos to their site to be watched laterMy comments, and those that had inquired about the videos being archives were deleted by Flomarching I was told today, again via email, that they would not be uploading the videos to their site I paid for services that I did not receive Be very careful doing business with this company

Complaint ID: [redacted] The charges on Mr [redacted] 's account are from when our business used a different payment systemTherefore, we do not have access to the charges that far backWe are not able to produce receipts from our system for transactions before January Nor can we verify payments in from before that time, so we are not legally permitted to generate a receipt for the customerIf we were able to locate the charges we would not authorize refunds due to the fact that it states in our Terms of Service Agreement, "You may cancel at any time by going to the cancel settings under your account managementUpon cancellation, a refund will only be issued if requested within days of canceling only on yearly subscription." Mr [redacted] did not contact our business about any cancellation or refunds until April 11, We responded in less than hours requested any possible information that would link us to the charges and look into his situationAfter many attempts of trying to locate, we could not find his account therefore assuming they are linked to our old payment system, not allowing us any access to themYet, as previously stated, he would not be refunded due to the fact that is has taken Mr [redacted] considerably longer than days to contact us about the matterThank you for your time and consideration of our part in this dilemmaSincerely, FloSports Support

The Customer created a monthly subscription with us on June 30th and set their subscription up to cancel on July 1stTheir subscription was then sent to cancel at the end of their monthly cycle on July 30thThe customer would have access to their paid content until July 30thWe are always available to help troubleshoot and assist to resolve any problems that may occurThe first point of contact about any issues was on July 22nd

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I only used the service for less than one week before concluding it was an inferior product I did respond to them repeatedly via email requesting that the service be cancelled, not modified to their advantage, but their emails repeated that I could cancel after the years subscription, not after the days of serviceI quit responding when it became clear they would not honor their "you can cancel at any time" pronouncementI did request the bank to halt payment as it seemed the only way to resolve the problem since the company was so reluctant to honor my cancellation request Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have sent the receipts from my credit card and they clearly reflect I was double billed twice at the beginning of my subscription. Then I clearly cancelled the subscription not knowing that I was double billed. The second subscription then continued to bill my card. It is not my respondsibilty that flosports does not have adequate files. I have the pictures and will submit with this response. Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for your response I would like to start off by saying I am blown away at the "claims" I have been accused ofA simple google search within the BJJ/Grappling community will show I was not the only one affected by your poor streaming qualityAn agent DID make a statement outside your customer service emails, so again, before accusing me of a "claim" please do your research so you are completely informedYour ads did pop up after each time your stream crashed and it was a known fact within the community that your production was set up lateMaybe the event itself started on time but the audo/video did not sync properly for ANYONE With that being said, I have time stamped emails that I can provide that shows the time/date of each email I sent to your "live customer service" in which I never got a response to during the eventWe both know I don't need to explain that I DID in fact reach out as soon as your stream startedPerhaps your email system is lagging as well and you did not receive my emails in a timely manor? With that being said, within my emails I have archived, I can provide proof that your customer service lacks in communication and come off very rude As stated, all I wanted was a refund after being treated poorly by your customer serviceMaybe in the future you could offer a free month of service when issues don't get resolved? Had you offered me that in the beginning I would have never pushed for a refund I have screen shots of all correspondences between your customer service which will prove everything you are claiming is information available on request Thanks
