The actual monthly subscription is a month-to-month $charge At this point I tried to issue you a refund for $but cannot as it is now in chargeback standing with your bank. You will need to discuss your refund with them. I'm sure you can use this letter from our company to receive the refund you deserve. We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused you. I have reached out to *** to resolve this matterHe has submitted all information requested of him and once reviewed was granted a full refund for the error on his account

The customer sent a ticket in to cancel account after his renewal date already past this customer account was set to and canceled at the end of that billing periodAttached is the response to his ticket notifying him of cancellation

Purchased view of my daughters track meet because I was sick that weekendWas continually billed for services on a monthly basis even though I never used the service againCustomer service told me to read Terms of Service which was long and mechanical languageI think the site is deceiving and misleadingWould never purchase again

I am rejecting this response because:Please reopen this complaint because the response from Flosports, (AKA Flowrestling) is not acceptable to meI must have pushed the wrong button when I received Revdex.com response to my complaintWhen I scrolled down through your event log, I read Flosports response which is utterly a lieI did not by their services through ROKU, I bought their subscription directly from them on Flowrestling web siteI have the AMEX receipt to prove it. I want a full refund of $150. That is the only resolution that would be acceptable to me. The basis of my complaint is the on going technical issues that I experience with their service and their lack of appropriate customer support.They continually breach their contract, (subscription), with me when I am not able to watch their programming on a Spectrum High speed internet connection of 60mbpsThe straw that broke the camels back was when I missed 70% of the live stream programming of the Penn State vs OKLA State match because their server went downAll you need to do is visit their Facebook page and you will see that hundreds of their customers had the same issue and were outraged with the server being down for the match and some have even submitted a Revdex.com complaint as well. I have documentation of problems with their ROKU service as wellI requested a full refund in January only to be told that they won't do it even after they admittedly could not resolve the ROKU problem. I would appreciate what ever the Revdex.com can do hereTheir current D- rating leads me to believe they don't care and will just ignore the complaint. Please let me know if you need anything else from me

On FloSports, we are a subscription based websiteWe are not a pay per view serviceThe customer, ***, created a monthly subscription on Aug11th and failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal date on Sept11th per our terms and conditionsThe only point of contact
we received from the customer was on Sept12th, after their renewal dateOn our subscription page, we do list that a our subscription prices and a customer is required to agree to our terms and conditions before we can charge them

The registration process is flawed which caused me to go through the process a second time I used the same credit card number which should have alerted the system that this was a duplicate entry I was double-charged and the company will not refund the over charge Likely culprit is amateur website setup coupled with greedy company ownership They survive as a company based on their scam-like practices

On FloWrestling, part of our FloSports Networks, is a subscription based serviceOn FloWrestling, we only offer a yearly subscription billed at $annually which averages out to $a monthThe is listed on our subscription page under our FAQThe Customer, ***
signed up for our yearly subscription and viewed our paid contentWe made a one time exception and only charged the customer one month of service billed at our old monthly subscription and refunded the remaining amount

On FloGymnastic part of our FloSports Network, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $monthly and a yearly subscription billed at $annuallyBoth subscription are renewing unless canceled before their renewal dateThe customer, ***, created a yearly subscription on
Dec5th, and their subscription auto-renewed on Dec5th because the customer failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal date, per our terms and conditionsThe first point of contact we received from the customer was on Dec7th after their renewal dateSince the customer failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal date, the were only charged one month of service billed at our monthly rate and we refunded the remaining amount of per our terms and conditions

first point of contact we received from the customer was on *** ***, when we explained how to cancel a subscription with usWe also stated on in our email back to the user, letting them know our reply email back is not a conformation of cancelation and they customer will have to cancel their subscription in their account settingsThe next point of contact was on Dec31st after their renewal date

During the weekend of our live streamed event, there were no technical issues with our streamWhen a user is viewing our live stream events, they have the ability to choose which venue they would like to view by scrolling down on our video playerWe do not grant refunds for customer errorsIf missing an event was due to a quality or technical issues with our live stream, we would have been happy to accommodate and grant a refund

The customer reached out to us on July 7th We responded back to them on July 8th letting them know that we are unable to find a paid account under their email of ***Could they have another email associated with their accountThe customer did not reply back to our email asking
them if the have another email associated with their paid account to help cancel their accountWe offer three ways for our customers to cancel their accounts to ensure no further billingThese three ways are contacting our Customer Support Team via phone, contact Customer Support via email or canceling the account themselves in their account settingsThe customers account under their email of *** is a basic account which mean its free account that has not been charged

On Feb21st the customer, contacted to change their subscription from a yearly subscription billed at $to our monthly subscription billed at $We replied back to the customer letting them know that we have changed their subscription to a monthly subscription, our subscription are
auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal date and how to cancel a subscription with usWe do not offer a one-time subscriptionWe did not receive any contact from the customer about any problems or concerns about canceling their subscription with us until Apr21stOn Apr21st, we canceled the customers subscription based on their request
