on 9/7 that her order could not be delivered same day. In an unkind manner the customer told our rep to cancel the order. The rep processed the cancellation.)

Customer contacted us directly regarding their complaint. The billing error was corrected and a partial credit was issued regarding the complaint on the design style.

This response totally ignores the points I made in the complaint. Yes they did refund me $10 on April 10 but that was because they over-charged me $10 on the bill, a mistake which they claimed was a system error.My current request is that they refund me $10 American as they had not informed me on the bill that I was being charged in American, not Canadian dollars. Nowhere on their order page was I told that they were an American company. As a reult I want another refund of $10 American to partially cover the exchange differences and the credit card costs for conversion of the charges. My actual loss is more than $10.Secondly I want to see the company make it very clear on their ordering page, in particular to Canadians, that they are an American company. This in turn means that the total cost should state that it is in American dollars.This last response from the company is an insult. Clearly they are not operating with much thought and I would like to see their reponse posted on your site, especially if they do not respond to these issues with some integrityRegards, [redacted]

Thank you for getting back to me.  I was sending these flowers for a very special occasion. I was actually embarrassed when I saw a picture of them.  When I called to complain I got nothing but excuse after excuse  and then really did not offer much of a resolution with the exception...

of taking a percentage off of the bill.  I really think that them telling me that all of their arrangements are one sided should be clearly stated on their website.  I also think they should have refunded the full cost of the flowers with the exception of the shipping and handling. I have attached the information request in the previous letter. There is the original reciet and then screen grab of my credit card statement showing they charged me an additional $13.50 they never sent me a receipt for that. If you need anymore information please let me know. Regards,

The designer did a significant upgrade from carnations to roses. The offer of 25% off the product is still available.   The product was not returned.

I appreciate the delivery fee waiver ($12), but I refer back to my original request of credit towards future purchase ($50).  I would like to send my mother-in-law flowers for her birthday and I'd appreciate this credit.  Customer service should always be priority or there is no future without it, for any business.  I purchase flowers regularly and have never experienced this ordeal before.
