That is not exactly how it happenedShe did tell me that 12:was the time for "rush" delivery however she would request the delivery be made by 11:Which was NOT noted as I found out laterAlso I called around 10:and was told they would make a call to the florist and get these on for delivery and if there was a problem I would receive a callNo call- and it was almost when I cancelled the order because I was told the florist had a funeral and were too busy and would not be able to deliverSo the "rush" delivery was not going to happen even though it is advertised on websiteThat is when the suggestion was brought up to deliver to her home and when I asked about the particular arrangement- they couldn't tell me what would be substitutedThis is when the conversation between *** and I went downhillAnd she ended by laughing at me and disconnecting when I asked for her name.

I have rejected the response because they did not address the problem of having to pay more for flowers iI already paid forAlso, I called them back twice on the 24th and was never given any informationI just want a refund of the extra I had to payI am not asking for free flowers I just want to pay the amount that was originally agreed upon.

The first photo shows the advertised flowers on the website of Flowershopping.com. The second photo shows the received flowers with a severely reduced amount of flowers, no roses and two lilies. The website clearly states that if flowers are not available, then additional flowers of greater or equal value will be substituted. Clearly, the received flowers were not adjusted and did not have the main flowers as advertisedThe company should be held accountable to their statement of quality regarding flowers. I was also told by phone from the company that since the flowers were different from those advertised that the new adjusted price would be $This must also be resolved and the remaining over charge of $should be refunded to my account as the staff member specified the new price to me.]

We apologize for the delivery delay, the order was rescheduled for delivery on Monday. The delivery was taken to the front desk and is taken to the patient room by the volunteers. We confirmed this information with the hospital. Unfortunately we do not have control of the delivery
once it is given to hospital volunteers

A full refund would require return of the product or allowing the outlet the opportunity to pick up the item in a reasonable amount of time from the delivery timeWe are able to offer 50% off the product at this time

The order has been cancelled and a full refund was already issued as requested per customer's initial request

We do not agree with the outlet's representation of the
order and apologize for the frustration it has caused our customerWholesale/vendor
costs vary and do not equal customer pricing
The vendor received this order days prior to the delivery date
with the correct funds to fulfill the order, at no time did the outlet indicate
they could not deliver as requestedWe have removed this company from our vendor
list.
