For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I mentioned to customer service the plant is nowhere near what we ordered WE ordered a 5-6' palm plant What we received was barely ft tall The leafs were cut in half to hide the parts that were dying and I did not receive the original email they keep referring to We did receive a call from someone that we assumed was located in North Bay Flower shop - they said that they did not have the palm but would send something similar and of equal value This plant is not similar - it is a desk top plant We wanted a floor plant for a specific reason I had no receipt to refer to when I learned from my daughter that this is what she received We called the flower store that we thought we were connected to The website is very misleading - it is not a family run local business They are located in San Diego, California not North Bay, ON I spoke to the florist that eventually delivered the flowers They informed me that they too refused the request several times but the person on the phone almost begged them and then told them to just send anything What I received was a low grade plant that could be purchased from *** for Canadian (I checked and found the exact same plant there for this price) This is not the same quality nor similar plant.Yes it did take me a month to report this, but as stated, I did not know there was a problem until I actually saw the plant Then we went to the florist we thought we purchased from They took time to investigate They are the ones that gave us the number to call for shoppingflowers.com The customer service rep I spoke with was very abrasive and would not listen to me at all - all she kept saying is that I knew exactly where I ordered and what I was getting and no refund would be given I asked to speak to Supervisor and I am sure that a fictional name was given when I received the same response via email I asked the Supervisor for the employee number and they refused to give for *** the Supervisor.I feel that I was mislead and that the business that they conduct is fraudulent.I did not receive what I had purchased I was not satisfied with the order and I would like them to stand by the satisfaction guarantee.When I asked for this - they told me that the time had expired However, it took this long to find them

order indicates all charges are in US funds.
We apologize the plant was not as expected and can issue a credit of 35%

The arrangement delivered in addition to the roses, gerbs and the and lilies, included Bells of Ireland and liatris. The florist upgraded from the standard recipe by adding more lilies. We show there was a credit issued for the difference between the standard and the premium

Delivery was attempted to the funeral home on the morning of 3/29/as requestedFuneral home employee ***, told the driver they could not accept the flowers because items had already been transported to the grave siteOur Customer Service agent sent an email regarding missing delivery to the
service based on the information provided by the funeral homeWe double-checked with the funeral home and spoke to employee Julie who told us, *** made a mistake and they were indeed still accepting deliveries for this viewingThe driver went back out to the funeral home and completed the deliveryWe understand our Customer Service agent explained the situation and details of the delivery at approximately 12:30EST on the 29thDelivery was completed before the viewingWe show the rush fee has already been removed from the orderWe will issue a credit for the remaining delivery fee but cannot cancel the order that was delivered

the complaint
had been resolved with the partial credit. The representative was not trying to be flippant with
the remark regarding "I wonder why they took the flowers..." she was
surprised because the outlet had been informed on 3/we were doing a credit
adjustment and to NOT pithe flowers.
A full refund was issued on 3/17, we have also followed up thru
Teleflora. Again we are very sorry for
the problem on the order. We also left a
voice mail for you on 3/and again today
