We apologize for the problemWe show the item delivered consisted of green plants and blooming plants in a basketWe can offer a credit of 50% off, the florist delivered a basket with larger green plants and blooming plantsWe do not show return of the product

The Florist prepared the fresh cut flower arrangement and attempted delivery three times to the residenceThe recipient door was tagged as well The florist notes there were other tags /notes on the recipient door, not just theirs No phone number was provided for the recipient Customer was informed of the situation and later requested the order be cancelledThe arrangement was made and delivery attempted in good faith, unfortunately the cut arrangement cannot be restockedThe outlet does require payment.Customer Service takes calls seven days a week, hours a day

We are in the process of issuing the refundPer emails sent no one was home at the time of the delivery, the arrangement was left with next door neighbor and signed for delivery

We show the order was cancelled and the refund issued same day 2/thru the [redacted] account

We are working with our vendors to correct this problem and apologize for the problem and frustration this caused Ms*and her mother We agree with her this was not a good outcome on her order

The outlet delivered a larger arrangement with an upgrade on the flowersThey also delivered the Happy Birthday mylar balloonWe show the order was for similar as possible and will do an adjustment / partial credit on the order

We apologize the outlet in Chesterfield did not notify us they were not able to deliver as requestedA full refund was already issued

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be enough, only because it was a valuable lesson learnedThe business has issued a 15% discount on the priceMy faith in this company has not been restored as the price for the "standard" would be too much for the amount of flowers delivered This has taught me to go with the known practices of 1800flowers.Regards, [redacted]

Customer complaint was forwarded to the outlet on 3/Customer then let us know florist offered more flowers, Customer did not want the recipient disturbed regarding complaintThe total on the order was adjusted prior to the final charge; the rush fee was removed and a partial credit was issued

Customer's order was received with second choice of similar as possible which includes color substitutions The pictured item is lavender roses in a lavender cube; the florist delivered all white roses with a soft pink edge on the outer petals with pink filler in a pink cube and matching striped pastel with pink ribbon As noted the customer was given a credit of 25% off the product / [redacted] Style Definitions */

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The flower store did not offer a refund for the missing items They only offered a small refund for the order which was totally wrong Noting was as I expected and I requested a 45% refund I did get flowers They rejected that and I filed a dispute with my credit card The credit card company gave me the refund I requested but I don't know if they issued a charge back to the flower shop This was a terrible experience and I will never do business with Pro-Flowers again Regards, [redacted]
