Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe issue is simple, I bought a product from you and paid my money; you decided to change the arrangement and screw up the product thinking that no one will notice BUT WE DO NOTICEThe flower shop replaced what we agreed upon and what was in their website with a bunch of ugly small roses which made the arrangement look very cheap arrangement , the recipient didn't even know that this was a heart shape, I personally saw it and felt really bad.I paid the premium and the highest price (almost double the orig price) for this arrangement as we agreed to be FULLER and BIGGER you replaced my flowers with a dozen of ugly small roses and didn't even have the professional conduct to call me "the buyer" and inform me with YOUR decision you entered in a contract with me and took my money but DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FORYou destroyed the occasion and made me look like a cheap inconsiderate person who buys his lover an ugly "grocery store" arrangement.you should apologize and then apologize then apologize for what you've done and "at least" refund me for the product you sold me that "I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT" Regards, [redacted]

Lilies are considered of equal or greater value than roses which is why they were used as a similar flower The order was received for delivery on Monday 3/however the published obituary had the service at 6pm on the following day, Tuesday, 3/The florist scheduled delivery for the afternoon of 3/rather than the day before so the flowers would be fresh(Per phone conversation on 3/at 4:30pm EST) We apologize this information was not provided sooner and that the cross keepsake was not available

We apologize the order could not be deliveredThe order was cancelled as requested with an email sent to the customer on 9/confirming the cancellation There is only a pending authorization on the account, the final charge for the order was never processed(There was a call to the customer on 9/that her order could not be delivered same dayIn an unkind manner the customer told our rep to cancel the orderThe rep processed the cancellation.)

I have read other complaints filed against this business. I cannot believe this business is allowed to continue making the same irresponsible mistakes leaving customers unsatisfied. The exchange rate applied to individual transactions are set by the customer's issuing credit card company not by our firm
