I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The florist never even attempted to contact or deliver the flowers on August 31st. Somebody was home all day. I wanted the flowers delivered on the 31st and had I known they could not be delivered that day I would have cancelled the order. I contacted flowershopping.com at the end of the day on the 31st only to be told they were unable to reach the recipient. That is not true. Also if you look at the picture of the flowers I ordered (How sweet it is) there are at least SEVEN (7) roses. The description you noted does not describe the flowers in the picture. I ordered roses and got carnations. That is not equal or greater value. I want a 50% refund and I believe that is more than fair considering I would have cancelled my order had I know about the delivery date and the flowers provided.

I am not exactly happy with the 20% offer but besides that there is no reference to the fact that I was lied to . The pictures of the floral designs are not one sided. There is no mention when placing the order that they are

The receipt sent reflects the charge to the credit card with the Sunday service fee as $and the additional credit issued to the card

point out that at the time of the incident (Feb 13th - 16th), after spending countless hours over the course of days simply attempting to speak with someone to get this resolved, the resolution they are proposing now is the same resolution I proposed at the time of the original issue that was rejected by the companyWith that said, I am responding with the necessary information that Flowershopping.com has requested (included below), will wait for the business to perform the action they have proposed/promised and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved (i.ewith the intent of never doing business with Flowershopping.com again).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be enough, only because it was a valuable lesson learned. The business has issued a 15% discount on the price. My faith in this company has not been restored as the price for the "standard" would be too much for the amount of flowers delivered.  This has taught me to go with the known practices of 1800flowers.Regards,

The manager told me that next day delivery could be accomplished but wanted to charge me more money for it. They did not hold up their end of the sale agreement. They need to change their same day delivery policy to say it is not a guarantee.
