Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. On November 8, 2017 you spoke with a representative in our office who provided the information pertaining to the debt. Ultimately you did recall the debt and stated that the loan was paid back. You said you would...
not be resolving the matter and you terminated the call. Information was never offered or provided showing that this was in fact paid prior. Without that documentation we are unable to update the account. We have made the decision to discontinue collection efforts and the matter has been returned. You will not receive any further phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We requested VALIDATION of this debt via US Mail and have yet to receive said validation. I have not received anything other than this person's word that this is a legitimate debt. Which it is not! The voicemail left on our personal cell phone was threatening and I have yet to hear an apology. Both my wife and I deserve that much.
Regards,

Dear Ms. [redacted], After reviewing the complaint, and reviewing the conversation you had the representative on 03/30/2016 at 3:09 pm est. Clearly you are speaking of a different company. When the representative stated that [redacted] was the lender you immediately stated "that was documented as fraud...
already and you had notified the attorney general and the FCC". But in your complaint you stated that you had never heard of the lender. Furthermore, the absolutely ridiculous allegation of anyone from this office threatening to send a sheriff to your home is simply untrue, and slander. The representative you spoke with was extremely professional at all times. If you have any proof to the contrary please provide it. I would be more than happy to attach a copy of the conversation you had with the representative of this office if requested. FMR has permanently discontinued all collection efforts. You will receive no further contact from this office. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Ms. [redacted], You spoke with a representative of FMR on 04/26/2016. Per that conversation you were willing to pay a portion of the balance and dispute the remaining. We had no problem working with you to resolve the unpaid loans which you stated you were going to do. At this point, FMR has...
discontinued all collection activity and you will receive no further communication from this office. FMR would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your name. FMR would like to apologize for any inconvenience. After reviewing the phone call, we have determined at no point was bank fraud said to you regarding the debt. The representative you spoke with for some reason was...
having a hard time understanding your simple request, and again, we would like to apologize for that. That representative has been suspended without pay and submitted to continued training. Your account has been documented disputed/identity theft and closed. You will not be contacted again. Regards, Nick W.

The response from the business is unsatisfactory due to the fact that
this supposed phony number when they called left a number to call back
which was Nick W.' number. Whether Mr. W. is telling the truth is
up in the air given his company's record. He says they won't contact me
again we'll see.

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above and
appreciated the opportunity to respond.
FMR
is a collection agency and the current creditor and owner of an unpaid account
in Ms. [redacted]’s name. The personal loan
originated with [redacted] Group. The last four account number digits are
[redacted]. We are attaching the verification
of debt letter with our response for Ms. [redacted]’s convenience. This letter was not sent as we only spoke
with Ms. [redacted] on July 8, 2015 whereby she refused to allow our representative
to speak and threatened to file the current complaint. It is unfortunate that Ms.
[redacted] was unable to resolve this completely with our office and has relied on
misinformation from the internet from which to base her complaint. We wish there was a way for us to address
these completely incorrect allegations.
FMR is not a “fraud” and is in fact registered with the Secretary of
State as a legitimate company. We will
honor Ms. [redacted]’s desired resolution and not contact her again regarding this
account; however, the account remains unpaid.
We regret this could not have been solved directly and encourage Ms. [redacted]
to contact our office.
Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], After reviewing your complaint, I have searched our database for any activity on the matter that we're handling. You were simply provided the information pertaining to the debt and given an opportunity to resolve the matter, in which you chose to do. At this time we have made the decision to discontinue collection efforts as the allegations you make against this office are untrue. This matter has been returned and you will not receive any more phone calls. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business attached to [redacted]. On April 13, 2017 four phone calls from your phone number were placed to our office. During the first conversation we did not provide the information to you because you were not the correct party. It...
was explained to your several times that this is due to federal privacy laws. On the second and third phone calls your mother, who contacted us from your phone, refused to verify she was the correct party. Again due to federal privacy laws we cannot disclose the details of this matter unless we verify you are the correct party. On your fourth phone call you hung up before we could verify any information. It has been confirmed that your mother’s husband did not contact our office and speak to anyone. At this time we have made the decision to close and return this matter. You or your mother will not receive any further phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.
