FMR Reviews (925)

Dear Ms [redacted], Documentation was sent to the address on file. If that was an old address we unfortunately were not able to get far enough in conversation with you to update that information. FMR would like to apologize if you feel you were treated less than acceptable and can assure you the matter was addressed internally as we investigate every complaint thoroughly. We also can assure you that FMR is not interested in stealing anyone’s identity. Regards, Nick W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I reserve the right to reopen this subject.  I have read too many complaints regarding FMR and their practices.  The word "scam" shows up and I KNOW an extremely angry woman threaten to haverify me arrested.  Call it whatever you want. Btw, next time my conversation is recorded, you need to tell me.  I really shouldn't be surprised by companies like FMR to record phone conversations without telling people.
Regards,
[redacted]

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has received and reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and
appreciates the chance to respond.
FMR
was attempting to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding a personal loan he took out in
his own name.  The [redacted] Online
original loan’s account number is...

[redacted].
We only spoke with Mr. [redacted] once, on November 6, 2015.  We also spoke to his wife during the same
conversation whereby we were informed that Mr. [redacted] had filed for bankruptcy.
Unfortunately, Mr. or
Ms. [redacted] would not verify their information we needed to confirm we were
speaking with the correct consumer when we spoke to them.  Our representative explained that without
verifying their information, we were unable to close the account.  They simply stated throughout that they had
filed for bankruptcy and refused to verify all necessary information as per
federal law.  We appreciate them
informing us of such and will immediately make sure the account is closed and
not resold.
  We would like to note
that we reviewed the complaint with the representative that spoke with Mr.
[redacted] and at no time did they threaten to take legal action.  If there is evidence stating otherwise,
please provide it so we can take all necessary action.
We hope our assurance
that Mr. [redacted]’s account being closed and not resold is sufficient
resolution.  We ask that if Mr. [redacted] is
called regarding this account again, he immediately informs us.
Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and appreciated
the opportunity to respond.
Mr.
[redacted] took out a personal loan with [redacted] Solutions LLC, with the last four
account digits [redacted].  FMR has been
provided the rights to Mr. [redacted]’s personal loan and...

was contacting him to
attempt to collect on it.
FMR did contact Mr. and
Ms. [redacted] in regards to this account.
We spoke to each of them on October 26, 2015 in regards to the above
personal loan.  Mr. [redacted] contended
during our call with him, as well as in this complaint, that he does not know
about this loan.  Our representative that
spoke with him asked to send information to support his claim to which he
refused.  We are not entirely sure as to
the information that he and his wife shared amongst each other, but the above
information is the only information we have in our system.
 We will treat Mr.
[redacted]’s complaint as a cease and desist and will not contact him or his wife
regarding this account again unless he calls into FMR, as the account remains
unpaid.
Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.

Dear Mr. [redacted], You refer to a representative “hiding behind a reference to privacy”. Mr. [redacted], it is not a reference, it is federal law that we do not disclose the nature of our call to anyone other than the correct party. Your personal information was discovered during our location and tracing efforts due to you being a relative of the consumer we were attempting to locate. Again we apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Dear [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. The phone calls you made to this office were reviewed. All of the information our office has was provided to you and ultimately you did dispute the time frame of the debt. It is evident that the phone call was...

terminated in error and that you were not hung up on. When you called back in to the office you asked that the phone calls cease and desist and that request was fulfilled. Your allegation that this company is fraud is based off of biased internet reviews and unfounded. This matter has been closed and returned. We can assure you that you will not receive any more phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contacted to collect on debt attached to your name. On July 28, 2017 you spoke with a representative who explained to you that we are attempting to locate you in an effort to resolve this matter. You were at this time provided the name of the creditor, the origination...

date, and the amount owed. Rather than wanting to resolve this matter when offered, you remained irate that a relative was contacted in error. Your allegation that this company is a scam is unfounded and untrue. When you contacted our office for a second time you were provided our business information including the address as per your request. At this time we have made the decision to discontinue collection efforts. Your account has been returned and you will not receive any more calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted],
FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. This matter was placed with our office on May 8, 2017, which rules out that you spoke with our company last year and that we were contacting your employer.  This was also explained to you when you contacted...

our office on May 15, 2017. Our company has not disclosed any information to any of your family members, or has ever used the term “legal issue”. During your conversation with our representative you did dispute this matter and it was made clear that your account would be documented as so and returned.  We have made the decision to permanently discontinue all collection efforts. We can assure you that there will be no further communication to you or your family from this office.
Regards, Nick W.
