Forward Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this matter.
 FMR is a collection agency and the current creditor of an unpaid account in Ms. [redacted] name.  The personal loan originated with [redacted]...

[redacted], LLC in 2011 and the last four account number digits are [redacted].  We are attaching the verification of debt letter with our response for that was previously sent to Ms. [redacted] on May 29, 2015 in compliance with federal law.  The account remains unpaid to date.
 
FMR spoke with Ms. [redacted] on April 28, 2015 where she stated that she had gone through this process a few weeks prior and requested FMR’s physical address and refused to explain why before hanging up.  FMR again spoke with Ms. [redacted] on April 29, 2015 where she refused to speak with our representative and wanted to only speak with a different individual.  FMR has reviewed this matter with each representative that spoke with Ms. [redacted] and they all state that Ms. [redacted] is misrepresenting how the conversations went if she feels they were “berating” her. 
It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] was unable to resolve this completely with our office and has relied on misinformation from the internet from which to base her complaint.  FMR is not a “scam” and is in fact registered with the Secretary of State.  However, we will honor Ms. [redacted] desired resolution and cease contact regarding this account unless she calls into FMR.  We regret this could not have been solved directly.

Dear Mr. [redacted], First and foremost FMR is a third party collection agency. We do not purchase debt; it is placed with us for the purpose of collection. You reference of “over 300 complaints”, we have answered every single one of them. Our findings are this site is a sounding board for slander. Over 200 of the complaints are consumers who never even contacted our office, just jumping on the band wagon. Your allegations of extortion are absurd, unfounded and untrue. We simply contact people who have valid debt out there and provide them an opportunity to resolve it, most of the time at a drastically reduced balance to help them out. If they orally dispute, or send it in writing, we immediately and permanently discontinue collection efforts. Before the details could be provided you disputed the debt and requested that our office cease and desist from calling you because you were “scammed” by a different company prior. Your account was immediately placed into a cease and desist status and closed, you were advised that you would not be called again. Once more you contacted our office, and two more times after that. Each phone call you were provided the same information and in return you argued that we are scam and to cease and desist.  The information you are claiming you could not verify could not be provided because you would not allow the representatives you spoke to a chance to provide that. Any allegations you are making against this office are libel and unfounded.  As it was stated previously your account was closed and returned. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I will not be satisfied until I am assured that this company (FMR) is not a scam; however, a legit place of business. I don't see it as a mere coincidence that  I NEVER received ANY phone calls at my place of employment until FMR contacted me there and after I reported this to the Revdex.com with a complaint against said company now a [redacted] Group is contacting me at my work and will not disclose their address. In addition, the company that I supposedly owe is no longer in business, so how could anyone be collecting funds on their behalf. Furthermore, the bank that I supposedly used to make this bogus loan I cant even locate. No, I will not be satisfied until I'm made aware that this company, Forward Moving Resolution aren't scams that are taking hard working people's hard earned money. FMR left a message saying they where looking for me saying I owed two payday loans. The total of $800 on June 14. I called the next day and said I didn't owe any payday loans and told them why was I not notified before in a letter. I asked for the date and name of the companies and I told her Geneva...

to send me an email so I could show my lawyer and contact these people. She said she did not have that information and would have to talk to administration. I did not receive any email. I got a message again on June 21 stating email was sent on June 20 and did receive anything I looked in spam mail also. I called back and spoke to a man asking if they were licensed and bonded and became very rude and upset and said they did. I hAve yet to receive proof of this so called payday loan. They are a scam they said this happen in 2009. I don't want these people calling me leaving messages and harassing me. I want this so called claim gone. They are scammers and fraud.
