I am rejecting this response because:safe touch tried to connect and so did AT&T neither one was able to connect my system Now the battery is dead and I have disconnected the system I also pay monthly and I'm not aware of any contract I told them I was canceling and they added one full year to me Which I think is unfair ! Plus the system is dead !

I am rejecting this response because:why would I request the service to be turned on without a phone line? That makes no senseI inquired about the wifi package but I didnt want to pay for an upgradeIf the person on the phone mistook what I meant I cannot pay for your mistake And I have been with you a long time and had an issue right at the beginning with an introductory offer that was not honoredI cant believe you are pushing me this hardI could never come back nowJust leave me alone and let me go on with my business.

the homeYou spoke with *** to schedule an appointment and she advised of pricing based on what you requested the system to be able to doI can not see what was discussed with you at the appointment but the only way you would be paying more is if the system that was in the new home is unuseable or there is not a system at allThen, of course, a new system would need to be purchased and it would not be the same rate because we would not be comparing apples to apples. Safetouch Security has tried to reach to resolve prior to advise we will be happy to remove the warranty and adjust the billing to $+ tax. Based on how the agreement is written you are still in the initial term of the agreementYour billing was delayed for months; making the end of the
initial term July and then we will adjust to a month to month term. Safetouch Security will accept this complaint as written noticeBut the account is not eligible for cancellation at this time

Safetouch Security does not have a move clause in the the agreementThis account is in the initial year termUpon speaking to the Representative, she advised Safetouch Security would work with you and not hold you responsible for the final two years; which you agreed to The end of
agreement date is July 2017, I will accept $as final payment and again as previously advised this amount will apply to a new system in your new location. Sincerely, *** ***

Safetouch Security has reviewed your file and because you were in your initial prepay period, you are correct, you did not receive notification of the rate increase and I would be happy to adjust that back to the original rate for you.As for the letter you received regarding the required upgrade;

I am rejecting this response because:I would like to have the alarm discontinued as I stated in the original letter, they did not provide any equipment, the equipment is from another alarm companyThe tech did not go over the terms with me and just told me to inital here sign there and that is it.I really want out of the contract, very unhappy with the high level of service I get from their so called customer service.The next step which I don't want to do is reach out the Consumer Protection Agency
