I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I'm still not pleased with the way Safetouch has handled this disputeI'm only accepting this because I want to get out from under this contract with Safetouch as soon as possible.I will agree to pay half of the current bill if Safetouch is able to fix the GSM communicator. I would also like for Safetouch to agree in writing to refund the payment and cancel the contract if they are unable to get the GSM communicator working

Sir, my apologies that you did not like my response...You do own the equipmentThe system is not connected with Safetouch Security so it is not going to "work"The siren may sound but Police, Fire or Rescue will not be notifiedIf the siren doesn't sound for every opening that would mean there are not contacts for every opening.Being that the system/address doesn't show on our system I am unable to provide pricing but the range is from $21.95-49.95. *** ***

Safetouch Security has reviewed your complaint as well as the notationsThe service call in question was not completed due to weatherWhen you called to verify if the tech was coming it was explained Police had blocked all access routes due to extreme floodingThis situation was obviously beyond
our control. The above situation should be an understandable situation and not a reason to even discuss cancellationSafetouch Security will reschedule the appointment so the system is working as it is intended. Currently the balance on the account is $The last payment made on account was March 17, which was returned as Do Not HonorMs*** explained June 20, that the credit card on file had been lostSafetouch Security mailed invoices to notify payment was required. When
the account invoiced twice with no response the account went to collections, then prompting Ms*** to contact Safetouch Security. Safetouch Security is charged a bank fee when payment is returned and that fee is passed onto the CustomerThere is also a fee paid to the Collection Company when we are unable to reach a Customer for resolutionSafetouch Security was not at fault for the fees and will not absorb the cost.Ms*** *s not eligible for cancellation at this time.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Please get your facts straight and update yourself on the issue completely before responding When I spoke to your representative over the phone and they would not help me because the account was in my ex-wife's name I told them to cancel the account if they could not fix the issue and they NEVER informed me of the requirement to send a cancellation letter They told me they were canceling the account I was lied too Additionally I never signed any agreement The fact that your company uses these tactics (year auto renewal, letter requirement to cancel) to try to lengthen contracts to your benefit is something I am telling everyone when I share the story of how horrible your customer service is Again, hope it is worth it You have lost a loyal customer, a year business customer, and likely far more via word of mouth Regards,

Safetouch Security closed the account indicated May 22, When closed the account no longer generates invoices and payments have not applied since the closed date. I do not see where there has been any communicating since May 19, when the account was resolved? If there is another
