I am rejecting this response because: What the business has offered is to make an exception from their unfair business practice for one time only, if I will agree to pay them (by becoming a customer). I have no intention of using their service or adding to their income while they continue to resort to hidden charges, and deceptive explanations of what those charges are for. That being the case, I want nothing from them. Least of all to receive more phone calls with more excuses. I would just like my complaint to be recorded and visible to any other potential customer, as long as they continue to not reveal all relevant fees prior to customers submitting personal and financial information

I am rejecting this response because: The credit took days to be run - it was not done the same dayI asked them to stop contacting me because in days I received voice messages and emails - all from different peopleAnd when I would call back, I was put on hold or hung up onThey offered to send an arrangement to the person I had originally ordered it for (that person was in the hospital - I had a another company deliver with NO ISSUES). They offered me a $credit against another order (honestly-like I would ever order from this horrible company again)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meCorrections to their response: we have called back several times and left messages in response to their phone callsWe were unable to directly speak with Robyn, a supervisor, who was managing the complaint- 3-messages left for herWe are satisfied with the outcome, however, I found it disturbing that nothing had been done before the Revdex.com complaint was submittedI wish they train their staff for a better customer service, so that a small problem does not escalate to a bigger one.

This case has been completely resolvedWe processed a full refund for the customer back on July 31stWe have informed our customer the refund has been processed on our end and if he is still not seeing it we will need his bank to fax us over information We have not heard back from the customer so we are considering the case closed as he has received his refund We have made a final contact with our customer to have his bank contact us if there is still an issue, but everything has been done on our endPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do regarding this case.Thank you

The WORST flower delivery experience i've ever had they replaced the roses and lilies bouquet I ordered for my sister's birthday with carnations and daisies (i.eweeds and cent flowers) and replaced a glass vase with a plastic one When I called to complain they offered me a 30% refund and a 15% coupon, as if I would order from them again When they finally agreed to send a new bouquet they said my sister had to give back the other one when they dropped off the new one the following day Why, so they can resell the weeds to another trusting customer I will never order from here again, completely hideous experience

I had a completely awful experience with FromYouFlowers I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement and gift basket for my best friend to say congratulations on a performance that I could not attend I spent over $and the day that they were "delivered" the delivery person brought a dozen red roses with a note "From Boyfriend" My friend's co-workers knew my friend did not have a boyfriend and something wasnt right to which the delivery person stated he brought the wrong arrangement The co-workers asked the delivery guy to bring the correct arrangement a different day since my friend wasnt in the office that day and he agreed My friend returned to the office, and never got any delivery I called the customer service for From You Flowers and they contacted the florist and the florist stated the flowers were delivered the day they were supposed to and there is nothing they can do since it was now a week since they were "delivered" From You Flowers offered me a 30% refund and a $gift card But where does that leave my best friend, with absolutely no gift from me, and me still out of money I took the 30% refund but declined the gift card as I will not be ordering from From You Flowers again because I spent money to get absolutely nothing out of it except frustration I cannot believe something couldn't have been done to get a new set of flowers and gift basket delivered

Re: Complaint ID *** Update: Supervisor from the company contacted me directly on 3/ 19. Apologized for the problem and also acknowledged that she was not sure why a resolution was promised to me so quickly by their agents and
that should not have happenedWhich was appreciated more than anything else because that was the central issue that I felt I could not trust anything they told me. Resolution promised: Refund of the order in fullThey will also contact the florist and have the flowers delivered free of charge I would like to keep the complaint open if possible until the refund is posted to my account. Place an order on May to be delivered on May paid extra fee to have guaranteed delivery by 12pmHaven't received confirmation called the number on website times been on hold for over an hour with no answer!!!! First time using them and last time for sure I want a refund called the sales department and they pick up within seconds ridiculous! I asked for other telephone number with no answers
