* I have been contacted by the business and they adequately explained to me that they have 7-local fulfillment vendors and described the process they have with the local vendors to shut down machines when unavailable which they didn't follow. They have provided me with a refund as well as a certificate for my next order. I feel they have demonstrated their business model / advertising / website should work correctly when the local vendors follow process. They are following up with the two vendors to ensure they understand the problems leaving their machines on has caused. I believe this complaint has been resolved satisfactorily. Regards, ***

I am rejecting this response because:This company must know I have no intention of ever using its services again It failed to send flowers to my only sister's funeral I spent over minutes on the day of her wake trying to get a hold of someone who would ensure that the flowers I purchased were delivered No flowers arrived; neither at her wake nor on the day of her funeral When I later contacted this business and demanded a full refund, I was told that, if I wished, they would send flowers to a family member and give me a 30% discount. The temerity of this company and its incompetence in failing to following through on its obligation to have the flowers I ordered is mind boggling I am requesting that they no longer be able to advertise their floral services on obituary websites, since their misleading ad to provide timely flowers brought me nothing but hurt and humiliation.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST FOR ONLINE ORDERINGFirst, I ordered what was supposed to be a nice birthday present for my mother in law and the delivery ended up coming at 10pmWhat kind of delivery service would deliver flowers at 10pm? Secondly, the delivery was the wrong kind of flowersI specifically ordered blue flowers because she likes blue and there was absolutely no blue except for a blue ribbon wrapped around the vaseFinally, the card was absolutely dreadfulEverything was misspelled including her name and oursThe problem was "resolved" by giving me a $credit and $back on my card from a $purchaseBut, I decided to give the company another try and yet it again I am FURIOUS that I even didI ordered another set of flowers for Mother's Day to the same recipientI had to place the order months in advance because the credit was expiring(Yes, they gave me a deadline to use the credit so I had to use it immediately.) So, I decided to buy an early Mother's Day gift of different flowers except this time it was worstThe flowers did NOT even show up at the addressSo, I paid $for a vase of flowers ON MOTHER'S DAY that did not even show upI called multiple times the day after to complain and no one answered the phoneI was on hold for over minutes each time I calledSo, I called to sales dept to complain but they ended up transferring me into the customer service dept where I was originally waiting for hoursI called back to the sales dept and demanded that someone talks to me about this complaint and the woman on the phone took my number and told me that someone would be calling me from customer service dept to resolve my issue, it has been days and no one has called me or contacted meI absolutely HATE this company and I am furious that they wasted my money and time on these special eventsI will be writing a letter of complaint if this issue is not resolved immediately, I am losing my patience with this sorry company
