I ordered flowers for my aunt and uncle on May 6, to be delivered the next day I ordered " Stunning pink and white lillies" I ordered the premium bouquet What they received were five droopy sunflowers with some greenry in a small vase! It was not even in the ballpark I called the company the evening of the delivery They could not guarantee the correct flowers would be delivered the next day I asked for a full refund and they said yes The young man I spoke with was very nice I've used the company several times but this is the second time the flowers ordered were not what was delivered I won't use them again

A Supervisor has reached out to the customer and we delivered the initial arrangement, we refunded the order in full when the customers' order contained substitutions, at the customers' request we called the recipient and apologized to her for the issues incurred with the order, we issued a $gift certificate as well as a floating complimentary arrangement to the value of $ If there is anything further please let us know Thank you
