do not order from these people, they say same day delivery no way I called times, they said it would be delivered today, then tomorrow then later then later and the flowers that came were crap wish I had done more research

Clearly deceptive use of photosI ordered the "Chocolate Lover's Basket" in the "premium" optionThe picture shows *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, etc- all premium productsSo what actually came? *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** They're selling small fun-size bags of gas station chocolate bars by deceiving people with a picture of full-size premium productsThat's borderline fraud and deceptive advertising

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my moms 55thI paid extra to have it sent within hoursIt was an hour lateI complained and got my $backMy mother sent a picture and it looks NOTHING like the requested pictureIt's advertisement to the fullestThey gave me $back and a gift cardI paid total $somethingInitially I even paid extra to get it fuller and when it came it was not as picturedThey responded saying its to value so we will give you $(50% ) If you have a special occasion in mind and think you're getting one thing, you're notThe customer service representative even said you may not get the same arrangementI'm not satisfied at all

I ordered flowers for my mother requesting day delivery, (the 8th) at check out it stated they would be delivered on the 7th or 8th and you selected ok/I understand, they were delivered in the 7th and came just as expected! Great expierence! Would definitely order from this website again!
