Technician arrived on time, called prior to arrving, explained what he was going to do and performed the service He performed his job with expertice, and kept us infomred of his progress and exactly what he was doing Very respectfull

Excellent workCompleted follow inspection of their install of a set of garage door springs [redacted] noticed that the new garage motor assembly installed by GDS Garage Door Service two weeks before their work was improperly installed He moved bolts and realigned the bracket arm attached to the door and the travel bar, tightened numerous loose bolts, removed the electrical tape on the hot wires and crimped them with plastic caps and then re-taped them and, finally, cleaned the exterior motor housing which was covered with grease and fingerprints and showed scrapes on the bottom metal housing from being dragged on a hard surface I appreciate that Garage Door Medics Inc repaired the mess by the other company Garage Door Medics Inc is a star company [redacted] is a true pro properly representing GD Medics IncHappy to make these comments

I don't generally write reviews about companies, but since I selected this company based on others' reviews- I thought I should provide one as well I was very pleased with this whole experience - from booking the appointment through the service call [redacted] took the time to ask key questions while setting up my appointment, and wanted to hear complete details about the problems prompting the service call I never felt rushed or that I had to 'hurry up' because they were too busy [redacted] was my technician and immediately saw what the issues were and took the time to explain them to me Then he walked me through how to provide proper maintenance for the door (which I didn't know) He was really excellent - knew what he was doing, and was courteous & professional I'd used another company for the past several years, and they were only OK - honest, but not nearly as competent Having now worked with these different companies, it's easy to see the differences, and Garage Door Medics stand out far above my previous company Based on this experience - I plan to use only Garage Door Medics from now on when/if I need service Many thanks to these folks for doing such a fine job

I typically do not provide reviews about companies, but based on my experience with Garage Door Medics I feel compelled to do so My experience with Garage Door Medics occurred over a week ago and I am still reflecting on the positive experience I had On the morning of March 23, 2016, I was faced with a broken garage door spring just minutes before I was to depart for the dayWith my car stuck in the garage, I faced with the decision of who to call for serviceI knew that I did not want to call the last company I dealt with and decided to try someone newAfter looking through mailers I had collected over time and researching the various companies via the internet, I decided to call Garage Door Medics My call was received by [redacted] *After explaining my problem, she proceeded to inform me that the technician that serviced my area was booked for the day and that the soonest they could send someone out was the next morning, March 24thI explained to her that I was literally stuck and asked if they could fit me in under "emergency circumstances"Instead of telling me that there was nothing she or the company could do for me this day, [redacted] *took all of my information and told me she would speak to dispatch and call me back by 7:30am to let me know the status of potential service for this day [redacted] made good on her word calling me back by the time she stated she would and informed me that the earliest the technician could come out would be 2pm (time frame 2pm to 5pm) and that the technician would call one half hour prior to his arrival Technician [redacted] called me at 2:07pm informing me that he was on his way and arrived promptly [redacted] was excellentHe demonstrated his knowledge and experience by efficiently assessing the problem at hand and completing the repair quickly and what seemed to be fairly effortlesslyIt was quite clear that [redacted] knew what he was doing! He did not try to sell me on any extra services or "up-graded" productsHe was also very courteous and professional throughout the whole process I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Garage Door Medics and would not hesitate to continue to do business with these folks when needed and or recommend them to neighbors and friends Thank you for making what initially was an unfortunate negative experience into one that was not so bad in the end!!!!

Garage Door Medics helped me get a replacement remote control for my garage door They went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted A couple weeks later my garage door sensor broke so I called Garage Door Medics who were so helpful with the remote [redacted] came within a couple of hours and fixed the sensor At my request he examined the springs and replaced them He also repaired my wired in door opener which hadn't worked for several years He provided a can of lubricant for the door hinges and made everything right
