Garage Door Medics recently opened in the FtWorth and what a great company!
It is Christmas Eve and my garage door spring broke First thing going through my head was I am probably not going to find anyone to come out to Lewisville I called Garage Door Medics and not only did someone answer the phone, but said they would have someone to the house by PM (It was 2:when I called) Not only did the tech call with an ETA, but showed up actually earlier
The tech knew his stuff! And was professional from start to finish I highly recommend this company

Due to the age of our custom built home I know they ran into some unexpected issues which they quickly overcame Their expertise is impressive I highly recommend this company and thank *** (***) and *** very, very much ***, in accounting, made everything very easy Kudos to you all!

Our garage door crashed so I called Garage Door Medics*** arrive within minutes after I called inHe was very knowledgeable and courteousHe was able to repair our bent frame and re-install the cabling and rollersHe did a complete inspection and told us about the springsThey were still good, but a little rusty, so I decided to have them replaced since they were about years oldI asked about the rubber seal for the bottom of the door since ours was peeling, he quoted a price, and I had that replaced as wellAt no time did *** recommend something that was not neededHe gave excellent adviceI definitely recommend Garage Door Medics and ask for *** if he is available in your area

I had a great experience with Garage Door Medics, Inc The technician was prompt, called ahead, and recommended only what I needed for my sticking garage door It only needed a tune up, not a costly repair or replacement Excellent work; the door is back in business after the min visit Allan Twas the technician and did an awesome job describing what he was going to do to fix it

We needed quick service because our garage door was stuck and we couldn't get anything out of the garage*** was able to come and take care of us within hours of my call The service was great and he was very professional

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company incorrectly installed the garage door openerI since have replaced the damaged opener installed by this companyI have a maintenance report from another companies and they both state, there is nothing wrong with my springs, screws or plates and these items have nothing to do with the damaged openerThese people are rude and abusiveThe new door works perfectly fine with the same screws, plates and springsWhat these people are doing is blaming me for their incompetenceWhat they conveniently left out was, if the springs were bad they would be on the floor broken in halfIf they were as good as they claim to be then they would have seen that the opener was installed incorrectly and they should have fixed it when they came out twice with in the first week of installingFixing a brand new opener or any product is unacceptable and I told them thatI told them to take it out and return my money which I had the right to do. I did file a complaint with the Fraud division at the San Diego County courthouseThey can spin this anyway they want but the facts will show anyone who decides to use these people that they are not what they claim to be

I am not a big review writer, actually this is my first everI own and manage rental property all over San Diego, most of my rentals have garage doors, which means I have dealt with a lot of garage door repairmanAnd I thought they were all the same until today… They usually show up late without the right part to do the job, say it was the office girls fault, she gave him the wrong address, they’re cocky and arrogant you know the guy’s I’m talking about, when they leave your doors not perfect, maybe works a little better if you’re lucky…
Well that all changed for me todayI call Garage Door Medics IncA no BS, painless phone call… I was able to make an appointment for a specific time the next day and boom got a phone call min prior to their arrival, just like they saidAnd then *** shows up in a uniform, company van, a big smile, no ego, bandanas or tattoosWe’re talking tall red and handsome and ready to get-r-doneHe had all the right parts and tools to do it in one trip, it was awesome… I thought I needed a whole new setup*** explained what was going on, made a few adjustments, he was totally professional, polite, and courteous the whole timeLubed and tuned everything up, explained how it works and how to better maintain my doors to prevent this from happening againI couldn’t believe it, He showed up as the repairman and when he left, it was like I was saying good bye to an old friend…Thanks *** and Garage Door Medics Incit was a pleasure and I look forward to doing business with you again
