It was a very good experience with this company from the phone contact through the work done We had our garage door springs replaced and a tudone on the garage door, and new remote control door openers The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that I asked about Very pleased with service I will use them again next year for a yearly checkup

I have every message from this company on my answering machine and they’re statement to me was “we’re not taking the opener back and you’re not getting your money back” All they wanted me to do is replace parts in the amount of $that had nothing to do with the opener and these same parts continue to work perfectly with my new opener on the same garage doorThey insist that my door is the problem but I have proof they are committing fraud against a senior citizen which is against the law and I’ve filed a fraud and elder abuse complaint against this companyThey installed a damaged unit and they refused to take it backMy perception is that they knew the unit was bad every time they sent someone out to repair it knowing it could not be fixed because the track was bent and not fixableI used the unit for a week and it got progressively worse, the unit shook so bad that my family was afraid to get in the car fearing it would come loose and fall on them or our carsThis company needs to be dealt with so this does not happen to anyone elseI would have been out over $1,if I believed this company and not investigated the things they were trying to force me to believe and I still would not have had a working unit$each for springs still working on perfectly balanced doorPlus an additional $for plates and screws that have nothing to do with the unitThe door worked perfectly before the Genie had to be removed due to water damage, now the door works perfectly fine since I had the damaged unit removed but before they removed it I had a company out to do a maintenance report, which I have and there is nothing wrong with my door, so I replaced it with another unit

I called today in the morning spoke to Rickie which was very helpfulHe the set an appointment for 12-12:Jon came to the houseInstalled new garage door opener within one hour.very professional and courteous

I get my door inspected once every few years since my garage door broke down on me a years ago at the most inconvenient time I found garage door medics on groupon for a free tune up thank goodness I did because Gene A was able to find some issues with the garage door which could've, again, been detrimental Gene was awesome: very polite, professional and honest about what my garage needed to have done he did his work fast and was out of here in minutes thank you!
