Garage Door Medics did a great job. The service was timely and well presented.

Gene was on time, showed me exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what he needed to do to fix it, and did a great job.

[redacted] came to our house yesterday and solved our problems with garage doors that no longer had much capacity to stay up...the springs needed to be replaced. Now all three doors work smoothly and quietly. He also showed us how to notice when a garage door is not working correctly, and to look for stress fractures that might cause problems in the future. He is informative and extremely helpful, and we would recommend him to anyone needing this type of help.

How many times have you felt taken advantage in urgent home repair situations? It has not often been a good experience for me with quality, price or convenience. So, I want to let you know that my experience with Garage Door Medics and specifically, Jeff T was very positive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and when I opened up the opportunity to replace rather than repair, he gave me the facts without any pressure to spend more money. He did a great, professional job. I will call them and request Jeff for the 3rd car garage soon.

We had a guest whose truck was in our garage, and the door wouldn't open. He needed to return to Lake Havasu, AZ to care for his aging mother, After calling 3 garage door repair companies and being turned down on Saturday afternoon, we called Garage Door Medics and spoke with [redacted]. At first she didn't think they had anyone available, then she asked us to hold while she checked. She got a repairman here within the hour, and he was very personable and knowledgeable. The service call would have been only $49.95, but we decided to have the springs replaced while he was here. His name is [redacted], and he did an excellent job.

Garage Door Enterprises Inc provided same day service and was prompt to repair my door. My technician, [redacted] provided excellent and timely customer service.
Upon his leave, my garage door was working much better than before I moved in. 100% satisfied.

I thought the name of this company was Garage Door Medics as that is what it says on their ads. If this is the same company, Lic. # 594206, I highly recommend them. However, I don't like companies that use multiple names, and garage door places often do this in their fine print. (The link brought me here).

The scheduler who took the initial call was friendly and explained the service call charge. He provided available service times. Gene was assigned to my call and arrived within the first hour of the service window time. He examined the door, the opener and mechanical parts and provided an estimate. He even took the time to show me how to operate the door manually during an outage or issue. During installation, he found some worn parts and showed me the wear. he was courteous and performed the work within 30-45 minutes. I think perhaps I could have found the same replacements less expensively elsewhere but rates seems competitive.

I was very pleased with the service--personable, efficient, skilled. [redacted] gets my strongest endorsement for his abilities. His work is of the highest quality.

I was very happy that Garage Door Medics was available for an appointment on Saturday evening. My garage door quit working that afternoon. I was especially fortunate to have service technician [redacted] make the visit to my house. He arrived on time (was courteous to call ahead), was very personable (with a warm smile), and, after a careful inspection, patiently explained the reason for the problem along with the options to resolve it. He gave me advice as to what might be best for my needs and my budget.
He explained everything he was doing in the process of repairing the door opener. Also, he gave me a few points on maintenance. He clearly enjoys his work and does everything to keep the customer satisfied.

This is a review for [redacted], from Garage Door Medics. [redacted] came out to the house twice in the past week. He reprogrammed our garage door openers, brought out a new opener (the old one was stolen), put a new spring in one of our garage doors and reprograms our keypad.
Excellent service. Friendly, prompt and he fixed our problems in short order. He gets an A for customer service, and I would recommended him to a friend.

Great service with a full explanation of the product installed. Price of opener was high. Having dealt with vendors throughout my professional career, I fail to see the rationale for the price of the product. But then I am too old to do the work myself, because as a former mechanical/technical person, it is quite simple. It took a little over an hour and the installer was polite and worked in a very efficient manner. I would consider using them again if the need arises.

We were somewhat a little skeptical about the service due to the deal.
But when [redacted]/technician came out and did the work we were very satisified with his workmanship, knowledge and honesty. We highly recommend this technician with this Garage Door Medics. Obviously, Customer service and feedback mean a lot to them. I certainly use them again.
