[redacted] was right on time and very helpful. He explained everything to me and suggested what repairs could be done to solve the existing problems. He was very polite and never pressured me into any repairs to be done. We agreed on the repairs and he did a great job and cleaned up the area.

We had a spring break on our garage door over the weekend. We called and received a price estimate. It was not an emergency, so we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Alex was very polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. He recommended one other repair that needed to be done as well, because the parts were obviously worn out. Our garage door works great/better now. We would recommend them. Thank you.

On a Friday evening I backed my SUV out of the garage with the back hatch still raised up, hitting and badly damaging the garage door and its hinges. I called Garage Door Medics on Saturday morning and was told a technician could come that afternoon. When the tech, [redacted]., arrived that afternoon he fully explained the the pros and cons of repairing the hinges versus installing a new door. I chose to have the hinges replaced, and while he was at it, have new springs installed as well (which totaled about half the cost of a new door). [redacted] worked quickly, was courteous, very competent and professional. I would definitely call Garage Door Medics again, if needed, and recommend them to my friends.

Great experience! I had a spring break on my garage door. Garage Door Medics answered the call on a weekend and made it out the same day. Don M. did a great job -- fast, friendly, professional...just awesome! The garage door wouldn't open and I had a large car parked inside, so even with the tight and awkward working conditions, Don knocked it out and got the door working again. Definitely would recommend and use this company again!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company incorrectly installed the garage door opener. I since have replaced the damaged opener installed by this company. I have a maintenance report from 2 another companies and they both state, there is nothing wrong with my springs, screws or plates and these items have nothing to do with the damaged opener. These people are rude and abusive. The new door works perfectly fine with the same screws, plates and springs. What these people are doing is blaming me for their incompetence. What they conveniently left out was, if the springs were bad they would be on the floor broken in half. If they were as good as they claim to be then they would  have seen that the opener was installed incorrectly and they should have fixed it when they came out twice with in the first week of installing. Fixing a brand new opener or any product is unacceptable and I told them that. I told them to take it out and return my money which I had the right to do.  I did file a complaint with the Fraud division at the San Diego County courthouse. They can spin this anyway they want but the facts will show anyone who decides to use these people  that they are not what they claim to be.

[redacted] was the technician who called appx. 20 prior to his arrival, and was on time. He listened to our explanation of the problem, and checked our door, explaining each step necessary for repair. He had all the items needed to complete the job in a timely and professional manner.
