Gene arrived to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The custom spring replacement was going to take 3+ weeks to arrive so Gene implemented a different solution and fixed it the same day! Great Service.

The service was outstanding. The technician explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Very happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

[redacted] was kind, helpful, efficient, effective and a professional. He called before arriving to confirm time and location, he explained in detail all costs and fixes necessary as well as answered by and all my questions- big and small. My children even made mention of how nice and helpful he was and how the "garage door is so quiet and works well now"... Thanks [redacted]!

We were very pleased with the service tech. and happy with the results performed on our garage door repair.

Quick service and technician explained well what was needed. Very personable. When an issue with the garage door re-occurred, the technician came back and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their service to family and friends.

Caleb was great! He took the time to explain the cause of our problems with the garage door and also explained the repairs needed and associated costs up front.
Our door has NEVER functioned better! And we are the original owners of our 13 year old home.
I'm not embarassed pulling in and out of the garage anymore : ) No more high pitched screeching.
Thanks again

I contacted this company because my daughter had had a great experience with them. I'm glad I did. I was astounded at the customer service from beginning to end. Mark was very nice and very helpful when he came out to give us our quote. Pedro was our installer and was so kind and patient in explaining the answers to our every question when he was there. I told him I was very grateful that his company had sent us their 'A' team.

Super company! No need to look any further than Garage Door Medics!

[redacted] was right on time. While it was just a broken spring, he was able to quickly offer 2 different solutions and not pressure me into the more expensive one. I still opted for the better, two spring option. He was able to replace them and adjust my door to working order in about 30 minutes. I am very happy with their service and would recommend it to anyone who has garage door issues. I will definitely use them again!

Gene A was very courteous, helpful and on time.

My initial phone call to the business was handled professionally and the company was able to meet my needs on my terms. Technician [redacted] called me early and we coordinated service. [redacted] was a good communicator and someone you can feel comfortable with in your home. He advised me of the problem and my service options. The job was completed quickly and well! I would use both the company and [redacted] again!

Just had [redacted] from Garage Door Medics fix my condo's garage door that was stuck in the open position. I first spoke with him on the phone and he tried to see if he could help me take care of the problem on my own. When we realized that wasn't possible he showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem right away. Within minutes he had the door fixed and opening and closing like it normally does. He did a great job-if you ever need garage door repairs don't hesitate to call Garage Door Medics.

This company has provided good service at decent prices. The workers have been on time and professional.

Excellent all the way around from phone call to set up appt. to punctual arrival by [redacted]. He did all the 'Checks' and sprayed my hinges AND WIPED OFF ANY DRIPS!! I was so pleased cuz other companies workmen just leave a mess!
Very personable and very efficient. Even my husband commented that "[redacted] knew exactly what he was doing ."

Garage Door Medics helped me get a replacement remote control for my garage door. They went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted. A couple weeks later my garage door sensor broke so I called Garage Door Medics who were so helpful with the remote. [redacted] came within a couple of hours and fixed the sensor. At my request he examined the springs and replaced them. He also repaired my wired in door opener which hadn't worked for several years. He provided a can of lubricant for the door hinges and made everything right.

I needed to be 'requested' with both cars locked in my garage. [redacted] came to the rescue. He was on time, helpful, answered my questions, and not only fixed the garage door but checked everything to make sure it was in order. THANK YOU!

Today was one of the best in home service experiences for us. With a broken garage door and being a weekend day we needed something done quickly and professionally. [redacted], the technician from Garage Door Medics, called in advance to announce hi upcoming arrival upon which he surveyed the problem, provided a thorough diagnosis with several options, and explained everything to my satisfaction. His work provided excellent results meeting our every expectation. His warm and pleasant personality made this an exceptional experience ... he should be cloned. A neighbor noticed his van and requested assistance with her garage door problem which [redacted] quickly attended to upon completion of work on our garage door much to her satisfaction as well.

Fast, knowledgeable, and professional. A first-rate experience from top to bottom!

A garage door has three primary components - the Opener, the Springs, and the door itself. On December 20, 2014, we were asked to come out to repair Mrs. [redacted]'s garage door opener. Uponmeeting the customer at the home, we discovered she was unable to open her garage door. The...

onlyaccess to the garage was by cutting a small, hand sized hole into the garage door itself in order to openthe door (called an emergency vault release). Upon opening the door, it was discovered the water pipein the ceiling of the garage had burst and had flooded the garage.Mrs. [redacted] signed our work order at that time instructing us to install a vault release and to replace thegarage door opener with a Liftmaster Model 3240 - on half horsepower screw drive opener. Apackage price of $639 was agreed upon and she provided us with her credit card. See work order#[redacted] attached. She agreed she would call us back once the damages from the water leakwere repaired.
On 01/21/2015 [redacted] went back out and installed the new Liftmaster Model 3240 opener and relatedparts and installed a vault release. Ms. [redacted] acknowledged the repairs were completed and her dooropener was operating poperly upon signing our work order #[redacted].
On 01/29/2015 we went back out Ms. [redacted]'s home as she was noticing her door was making an
odd noise when it opened. Our technician found the garage door opener and rail, as well as the vault
release which we installed on 01/21/2015 were working fine. [redacted] reported to Ms. [redacted] that her
door springs were worn and needed to be replaced. He reprogrammed two garage door remotes for
her while he was there for no charge. he talked with Ms. [redacted] about her springs but she stated she
did not want to spend any additional money. She again signed our work order indicating work was
complete and that she only wanted partial service at this time (the programming of the remotes) on our
work order #[redacted].

On 02/04/2015, we went back out to Ms. [redacted]'s home again as she was stating her door was still
making a clunking noise when it opened. Our Service Manager was sent out to see Ms. [redacted]'s house
to see if [redacted] missed anything in his diagnosis of the door. At the end of the day, the underlying issue is
that the garage door hardware (or springs) are failing. They are old and need to be replaced. Ms.
[redacted] does not want to pay to replace them. She refused to sign our work order which noted the
hardware is failing and needs to be replaces (work order #[redacted])

On 02/10/2-15, We left a message for this customer that we at this point will be happy to remove the
opener and all related parts we installed as well as removing the vault release we installed for labor cost
of $200. Once that is complete and all materials (which we are now unable to sell as they are used), we
would refund her $439.00

Everything went well. [redacted] was very nice.

This company is fantastic! My garage door springs failed and I was locked in my garage. [redacted], my tech, started his day early to come out and help. His attitude, service, knowledge, etc. was over the top good. On the return trip with new springs, parts, etc. he was here within 15 minutes of the estimated time and performed all the work in a timely manner. Clean up and explanation of everything was great. I'll be having him out every year for a regular service.
