The company was very prompt on there scheduled time and the technician new what he was doing. There was a little up sale occurring however not to the point of any pressure. I will use the company again down the road. The person who took my call was very nice and helpful.

I highly recommend Garage Door Medics. Caleb was the service team member that completed the repairs on my garage door. He was prompt, personable, and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and made reasonable recommendations.

Great service with a full explanation of the product installed. Price of opener was high. Having dealt with vendors throughout my professional career, I fail to see the rationale for the price of the product. But then I am too old to do the work myself, because as a former mechanical/technical person, it is quite simple. It took a little over an hour and the installer was polite and worked in a very efficient manner. I would consider using them again if the need arises.

They were very informative about protecting the new door and helpful in putting things back where they were before the job started. [redacted] went above and beyond to service my garage door to make sure it was working as if it was brand new. I had a broken spring so [redacted] installed a new one but when he tested the door, he didn't like how it felt to him so he removed the new springs and went with bigger springs to account for my heavier garage door. He could have left in the first set of springs and called it a day but instead took his time to make sure I got the best service and working garage door. He gave me other recommendations for my garage door but never forced me to get any additional services. Overall great experience with [redacted] and Garage Door Medics!

I made the call after 9:00am requesting for a quote/repair, within 30min, the technician called to let me know he is in the neighborhood and can drop by if it was convenient for me. I was perfectly happy for him to come as early as possible, then, within 1 hour of my placing the call, the technician had come to my door and began his inspection. He showed me what was wrong and quoted price for my approval. The repair was completed in less than 4 hours of my placing the service call. The price is reasonable and no frivolous repair was done. I would recommend Garage Door Medics to all my friends.

Had a broken tension spring on our garage door. [redacted] showed up within an hour of calling for service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The complete replacement of two springs, plus a tune-up and safety check of the entire system, took about 20 minutes. The price was more than fair (I had looked into repairing the springs myself). I would highly recommend Garage Door Medics for any repairs, service or installation.

Our garage door broke. This company said the service provider would call about a half an hour ahead of the time for arrival. He did. The service provider was [redacted]. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional and pleasant. We were very pleased with the service.

I typically do not provide reviews about companies, but based on my experience with Garage Door Medics I feel compelled to do so. My experience with Garage Door Medics occurred over a week ago and I am still reflecting on the positive experience I had.
On the morning of March 23, 2016, I was faced with a broken garage door spring just minutes before I was to depart for the day. With my car stuck in the garage, I faced with the decision of who to call for service. I knew that I did not want to call the last company I dealt with and decided to try someone new. After looking through mailers I had collected over time and researching the various companies via the internet, I decided to call Garage Door Medics. My call was received by [redacted]. After explaining my problem, she proceeded to inform me that the technician that serviced my area was booked for the day and that the soonest they could send someone out was the next morning, March 24th. I explained to her that I was literally stuck and asked if they could fit me in under "emergency circumstances". Instead of telling me that there was nothing she or the company could do for me this day, [redacted]. took all of my information and told me she would speak to dispatch and call me back by 7:30am to let me know the status of potential service for this day. [redacted] made good on her word calling me back by the time she stated she would and informed me that the earliest the technician could come out would be 2pm (time frame 2pm to 5pm) and that the technician would call one half hour prior to his arrival.
Technician [redacted] called me at 2:07pm informing me that he was on his way and arrived promptly. [redacted] was excellent. He demonstrated his knowledge and experience by efficiently assessing the problem at hand and completing the repair quickly and what seemed to be fairly effortlessly. It was quite clear that [redacted] knew what he was doing! He did not try to sell me on any extra services or "up-graded" products. He was also very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Garage Door Medics and would not hesitate to continue to do business with these folks when needed and or recommend them to neighbors and friends. Thank you for making what initially was an unfortunate negative experience into one that was not so bad in the end!!!!
