I had already sent one company away that morning that showed up and misrepresented the price they quoted over the phone, and another who showed up without an appointment that tried to charge me for an inspection I didn't order. I was not in a trusting mood by the time Garage Door Medics showed up. But I have to say it was finally a good experience. [redacted] was the office staff who answered all my questions/concerns, and gave me the exact amount I would be charged to replace the garage door spring. He was very patient and helpful. [redacted]. was the technician who came out and replaced the spring. He showed up on time, was polite, fast, informative, and didn't try to sell me something extra that I didn't want. I would recommend this company to others -- Thank you!

[redacted] arrived on time as booked, explained the status of my door, and offered to fix the problem. He made the repairs and services as agreed. He was very personable and informative. The door now works fine.

I had a service technician, [redacted]. come an repair. All was good and to make a long story short this is the third time coming back. All is good and [redacted] was very professional and accommodating.

Excellent service! Office staff very friendly and accommodating.Technition also very friendly. He arrived on time amd knew exactly what to do. This is the second time I have called Garage Door Medics and I will call them again if needed. They are very honest, never try to sell you something you don't need and they do excellent work.

I visited the Garage Door Medics website to find out more about replacing the springs for my sectional garage door. Quickly Jay started a web chat with me and I explained what I was looking for. He answered all my basic questions and we setup an appointment for the next morning. My technician arrived in the second half of the two-hour window. After testing my opener and door, a couple of options were presented to me. I selected the two-spring replacement to start with because the original springs are 13 years old and that will at least help the door go up easier. The technician took the extra steps of replacing a missing nut from the chain assembly and provided me a can of the right lubricant to apply in the future. My technician was Jason M, he was professional from start to end, and I highly recommend him.

Alex Solo was the technician who replaced are overhead garage door spring.
He was highly professional and completed the replacement in less time than he had estimated it would take.

I had Caleb come out to my home on Monday, May 23rd to do a tune up on my garage door and opener. Caleb was very cordial and on time. He called to let me know that he was on his way which I appreciated very much. He recommended a couple of items and prioritized which items should be addressed if I wanted to. Post my decision he showed me the parts that he replaced and showed the wear on the items. In hindsight, it was a good decision that I replaced these items. I also asked a question about door replacement and he said, I that my door was perfectly fine and not to worry about replacing at this time. I really appreciated his honesty instead of trying to sell me a new door. He did review with me what to look out for with other companies when evaluating a purchase.
