I have been a member of the UVC for a year now and my representative, Jorge M. M. V. (Jordy), has been very helpful. He has helped both myself and my friends maximize our savings using the Unlimited Sharing Program.

I would recommend Jordy M. and the Unlimited Sharing Program. Jordy is always kind, helpful and thorough. He communicates thoroughly and does a great job. He is friendly and knows his job very well. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

A large group of us worked with Jorge Manuel Machaen V. with the Unlimited Sharing Program. He was very accommodating to each of our requests (which was not an easy task with multiple families!)
He was polite and courteous, followed up in a timely manner and diligently addressed any concerns/questions we had during the booking, confirmation, and payment process.

Penelope in customer service was excellent, kind and patient explaining the benefits of the UVC. and answered all our questions..as well looked into our payment inquiry. thanks Penelope

My only disappointment was that RCI and Lifestyle collection is not available to book flights from Canada :(

GBS service rep Rody was very helpful and pleasant in working the details of scheduling our travel to Las Residencias Cabo San Lucas in 2018. She helped sort out some confusion on both the Maintenance fee paid online as well as the week being used.
