I was trying to put together a 30th wedding anniversary vacation surprise for my wife. We enjoy all inclusive resorts. We like the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, no strict scheduling, flexibility, entertainment and not feeling like you are constantly digging for your wallet. After thinking about it for quite some time, I finally made my decision and booked the trip online. I am sure the place I chose is wonderful, but I immediately had a sense that the place I chose just wasn't the right fit for us. I agonized for a couple of hours, couldn't seem to have a way to cancel it online and thought that I should just live with it. How could I go wrong after all? Finally, I decided to pick up the phone and call customer service. It ranks as one of the best decisions that I have made. I spoke to Christian. He was very helpful. I told him my situation. He discussed my options, gave me suggestions and helped me cancel my original reservation, and book at a resort that I feel very, very confident is the best fit for us. I am now very excited and I know my wife will be as well. I wanted to surprise her on Christmas, and now after Christian's help, will struggle to keep the secret. The time spent with Christian was enjoyable, extremely helpful, and I only wish that I would have spoken with him sooner. Christian has helped to make this our best anniversary, and I could never thank him enough. I will toast him with our welcome drink! Merry Christmas to Christian and the entire GBS staff!

Booking my vacation was handled by Stephanie. She was very polite and professional and took care of all aspects of finding a resort for the dates and locations that I inquired about. Then after choosing a location she was very helpful in getting our airfare booked. Never was I rushed and she even took care of booking our transfers. I will definitely make sure I book future vacations with her.
