Dear [redacted] : Most of things written by complainer in itself explains that we did the right thingWe don't sell computers, we offer it complimentary with our Incident based plan that provides all future computer support services for particular computers for freePlus, customer also gets software's worth hundreds of dollars with the plan and quarterly detailed computer servicing tooWe have honored all our commitment with the customerTherefore, I see no reason for this complain Customer benefits with this service as they don't have to spend anything for computer technical assistance in the future, unlike other companies who charge annual recurring feesThank you as always for your assistanceCustomer Service Geek Support Live

Associates at this company have lied to me on several occasions when attempting to access the service I had paid forSome associates have actually hung up the phone in the middle of my conversationI have no confidence in this firm and will never recommend it to anyone (friend or foe)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that the company would perform technical analysis and support at no charge, but that after the service was completed, I would have to pay and an invoice was shown on my screenI could not access my computer during this timeIn essence, my computer was held hostage unless I filled out the credit card information on the invoiceTh "technician" said his name was "Phillip" and he was a Windows technicianWhen I realized that this was a scam, I contacted my personal computer service provider who told me to turn the computer off and bring it to him, which I didHe removed the problem that was blocking my access to my own computer and made sure that it was secureHe advised me to check all my password protected applications to make sure that my data was safeBasically, I couldn't use my own computer without providing credit card information to this scammerIn order to get my computer working again, I was forced to have this company's software removed by my own computer specialistI will not consider this complaint resolved without receiving reimbursement for the cost of recovering my computer: $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Michael was very easy to work with and didn't waste anytime finding and fixing the problems I have he is an asset to his companyI recommend this company very highly
