WE HAVE RECEIVED SO MANY EMAILS FROM THIS PERSON AND EVEN THE MERCHANTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THEM THIS WOMAN IS CONFUSED WE ARE NOT GEEK SQUAD OUR COMPANY IS GEEK SUPPORT LIVE HER COMPLAINT IS NOT JUSTIFIED BECAUSE SHE NEVER HAD
A ISSUE WITH OUR COMPANY UNTIL SHE STATES THAT SOMEONE TO HER WE ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY IS THIS REASONABLE? WE HAVE ISSUED HER A COMPLETE REFUND BUT AGAIN SHE GAVE HER BANK THE WRONG CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND WHEN WE WENT TO REFUND HER THE BANK NOTIFIED US THAT THE CREDIT SHE GAVE WAS NOT IN USE
AFTER A LOT OF RESEARCH WE WORKED WITH HER BANK AND ISSUED HER A COMPLETE REFUND AND THIS CASE SHOULD BE NOTED HOW PEOPLE WORK AGAINST GOOD COMPANIES LIKE OURS THE BANK SAID IT WILL SHOW ON HER NEXT STATEMENT SO PLEASE MAKE HER UNDERSTAND THIS AND TO CHECK HER STATEMENT

I am rejecting this response because: This company did call me unsolicited, misrepresented themselves, and tricked me into allowing them to remote into my computerI did have some doubts but I was told over and over again that my computer sent a report to them about viruses found on my computerAfter they were not able to prove they were with ***, a sale-lady name Pauline then provided me what she called their certificates as proof that they were a real companyI asked why *** name was not on there and was told they are a subsidiaryI asked why the paperwork did not say that? Pauline then proceeded to tell me what a great offer she was providing me and she did type a document in NotepadI did not save after booting her from my computer and contacting Revdex.comI received many calls from this company coming from an unknown numberI have provided a screenshot of all the unknown calls that came after I hung upAfter not responding to any of those unknown calls Pauline then called me from a *** ** numberThat number was ###-###-####My cousin *** *** was present for that last harassing conversation and hear Pauline price go from $down to $as she tried to convince me that what they were offering was a good dealMy cousin can be reached at ###-###-#### or [email protected]

They call up telling you that they are with Geek Support and they received an alert that your computer has been compromisedThey were sent your IP address which is how they tracked youThey offer to remove any and all viruses off your computerAlso apparently the file that your computer is trying to share is a hidden root file in *** ** *** *** * when I said I didn't have *** **)The "representative" on the other end of the phone did not have an answer as to why my dynamic *** *** *** *** ** would be trying to send a *** file hidden in outgoing datapackets
