They called my job, wouldn't repeat their name, said they were from "Geek Support Live" and told me I had a virus on my computer (how the heck they could know that is beyond me because we do not have an account with them and we have firewalls- so unless they admit to hacking....) and then told me in the same breath that I need new software and it will cost $I laughed reflexively, because this whole call was absurd, and asked them not to call againThis is the second time they have called my job, which is a non-profit art centerI have anti-virus software and it works just fineThese guys are total losersThe number they called me from is ###-###-####I reported them to the FTCThis is a big SCAM for a BIG sum of $Don't be fooled!

Terry has always helped me in a professional mannerDemonstrates a genuine desire to solve the issues I have with my computer

It took more time than expected but it seems like the problem was resolved

I found Terry to be very helpful He fixed the problem I was having with my computer in a timely fashion, which was of the up most importance to meHe was very polite and courteous as well

I have been called by the "geek support" people several times in the same few daysFrom blocked and unknown numbers to 1-numbersIt's the same thing every time, telling me they detected something bad on my computerThe first few times, when I asked them how exactly they had access to my computer, they simply hung up on meThe last call, I fought back and asked the lady where she was from because I loved her accentShe said Connecticut, and as she kept trying to rush me into giving her remote access to my computer, I cut her off and asked her if she had ever let a man *** *** ***She told me that was flattering, but again rushed me into the request for total access to my computerI cut her off one last time and told her that her accent was driving me wild and I really wanted to *** *** *** *** ***She exploded on me, cursing me, pretty much worse than I've ever heard in my lifeI doubt they will call me again
