I have been a customer with George Brazil for 5 years. [redacted] comes out twice a year and really takes care of the air conditioning units and and furnaces. He is honest and very dependable. I just got a brand new 4 ton air conditioner. It was installed by [redacted]. and [redacted]. I could not be happier with the service. Both men were kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

I collected 3 quotes and by far, the representative from George Brazil named Peter B[redacted] was the most thorough and professional. Since all bids were fairly close in price, the business went here for that reason.
The installers were stellar - especially at this hot and humid time of the year. From the initial greeting to the wrap-up at the end, Ignacio and Chandler were polite, respectful and easy to work with. They completed the job without a single "issue" and did so sooner than anticipated.

Austin and Chuck who recently cleaned my vents were customer service oriented from the time they arrived until the time they left. Rose is a technician beyond compare. She has been to my home on multiple occasions and has been very thorough and helpful. She sold me a new air conditioner unit without any high pressure sales pitch. She calmly went over options available for my home and helped me make my decision. She is a prized asset to your company.

Excellent support from Brandon W.[redacted] on multiple occasions. Latest was on November 13th, when Brandon prepared a bid for replacement of an AC unit. He was thorough in his preparation of the bid, asked several questions that helped to clarify our needs, and fully explained each pricing option. His professional conduct and customer service ethic is an asset to George Brazil.

I just had a duct cleaning and sealing performed by George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating by Service Pro Austin O, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the procedures that were to be done. The preparation for this process in protecting our furniture and floors with drop cloths was greatly appreciated. The job was completed in a timely manner.
