George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating

I was having a problem with my air condtioner maintaining the temperature that the thermostat was set at during the day. At night the a/c would catch back up and cool down the house. I had a technician from this company come out and check out the situation. While the technician was kind and friendly it came across a bit like a car salesmen technique. He checked the unit outside and pointed a laser light at the input area for the air. He told me that I needed a new a/c unit because there was a leak loosing to much freon, likely in the attic. The cost was going to be about $8000 for an 1100 sq foot home. He never even went into the attic to check. Ridiculous! I decided to get a second opinion from sexton and they found that if there was a leak it was minimal and the unit did not need to be replaced. I was not happy with George Brazil, feeling there were only out to get a big paycheck avoiding honesty. I will always call sexton from now on. In the end all that needed to be done was fill up the freon and charge the a/c unit.

Amelio, Iran and Josias were outstanding Customer Service reps and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had two new air conditioning units installed by Ivan A. and Angel L. They were professional, courteous, and worked very quickly and efficiently. They left the house in good shape and you could hardly tell they'd been there except for the new units. Great job!

I had a residential HVAC system installed. It was put in quickly and with no problems. The cleanup afterward was complete.

Brandon W was the Service Pro that came to our house and did a very good job of servicing our Air Conditioners. He recommended some things that his Company could do to make our system more efficient. My only hesitation was that the cost of doing his recommendation was excessive in my opinion. He was very polite and did not push for us to have the work done.

Ivan A. is an A/C & Heating installation Technician for George Brazil. Ivan and another installation Tech replaced our aging A/C & Heating Units in our home. Ivan was most professional and courteous while on the job. He arrived at the appointed start time for the job. Both sets of equipment were install in our home, tested for both heating and cooling. The job site was cleaned after the work was finished. If I ever need additional technical support for my home, I would want Ivan to perform that work.

The install team of George Brazil AC was fantastic. They were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I asked some dumb questions. They were always so polite and never once was I made to feel like I really was asking a dumb question. They worked hard and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend George Brasil Air Conditioning & Heating. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

They performed a complete HVAC system replacement including installation of six new registers and relocation of the compressor unit. Confident I found an electrician that knows what he is doing. Plan to have [redacted] come back and look over all the electrical issues I have been having.
