Highly recommend the crew who installed my new heat pump. Calvin W along with the two trainees, Robert A and Amir N wasted no time to complete the job which was especially important as I needed it done before leaving town. Their courteousness and efficiency was A-one.

Michelle J. performed an annual checkup on my heat pump on 4/7/16. Michelle is a very nice and professional service pro and I was very satisfied with her work and customer relations. George Brazil is extremely fortunate to have someone with Michelle's technical and personal talents working for them.

Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person.

I was having a problem with my air condtioner maintaining the temperature that the thermostat was set at during the day. At night the a/c would catch back up and cool down the house. I had a technician from this company come out and check out the situation. While the technician was kind and friendly it came across a bit like a car salesmen technique. He checked the unit outside and pointed a laser light at the input area for the air. He told me that I needed a new a/c unit because there was a leak loosing to much freon, likely in the attic. The cost was going to be about $8000 for an 1100 sq foot home. He never even went into the attic to check. Ridiculous! I decided to get a second opinion from sexton and they found that if there was a leak it was minimal and the unit did not need to be replaced. I was not happy with George Brazil, feeling there were only out to get a big paycheck avoiding honesty. I will always call sexton from now on. In the end all that needed to be done was fill up the freon and charge the a/c unit.

[redacted] and [redacted] from George Brazil, did a reroute plumbing job for a slab leak and did an incredible job. They were extremely professional and courteous. They kept me informed on what they were doing every minute of the way. They took the time to help me understand what they were doing and why. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure.

George Brazil has always been prompt and detailed in their service when I have needed them. Josh C. was the Plumber sent to both do my yearly inspection and also repair some problems I had found plus some minor problems he found during the inspection before they became major ones.

Confident I found an electrician that knows what he is doing. Plan to have [redacted] come back and look over all the electrical issues I have been having.

[redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] did a great job with the new unit install. When they were done, they cleaned up the mess and even vacuumed the carpet. All and they were very professional in dealing with us.

The technicians who installed our system, [redacted]. and [redacted]. were on time which on time for the scheduled appointment. They were both extremely professional and took the time to explain the entire system and how it worked. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend George Brazil to anyone needing a new air conditioning system.

[redacted] from George Brazil did an exceptional job throughout the entire HVAC installation. They explained everything concisely, were easy going yet very professional. I highly recommend them. They performed a complete HVAC system replacement including installation of six new registers and relocation of the compressor unit. [redacted], the estimator, was also a great communicator throughout the estimation process.

Phil S came out to do an A/C tune up check - he was very professional and pleasant, made me feel confident about George Brazil as a company - I hope I don't need their services this summer, but if I do would feel comfortable that they would do their best to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
