I met Manny D.during a service call about a year ago. No charge for the call, nice. When I needed a new A/C Heat unit, he was instrumental in obtaining me very good (low, very competetive) pricing. He negotiated my very low pricing request with his manager, an almost unbelievable deal. BG A/C also replaced the return air duct with a larger size at zero cost to me. The units were installed the next day. The two installers David G & Jorge V were excellent. They completed job in 7 hours, working had (rocking & rolling) every minute of that time. The install was very organized: Initial uninstall, parts delivery, old parts removed from property, like "well oiled machine".GB A/C- HTG's employees are excellent!

I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I dealt with at Geo Brazil in replacing my AC/heater. Monte was very helpful in advising me what unit and thermostat would be best for my situation. A/C blew a fuse on a 100 degree Saturday afternoon. Called it in and a technician was at my house right when he said he'd be and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour.

TWO SERVICE SPECIALIST [redacted] AND [redacted] SHOWED UP TODAY AND AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT LAYING CARPET, SHEETS AND EVEN PROTECTIVE BOOTIES TO PROTECT THE AREAS THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THEIR JOB, THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE CLOSING OUT THE VENTS AND PUTTING PLASTIC TO SEAL THE VENT AND SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS. THEY WENT ABOUT THEIR JOBS PROFESSIONALL AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID. VERY,VERY, PROFESSIONAL, THANKS TO [redacted], [redacted]. Very timely service agent. He was able to fix the electrical problem I had. The agent was courteous and knowledgable. He also suggested a few prevention tips for issues in the future.

We had [redacted] L. come out today to do a service check on our AC unit which sits on top of the roof of our
garage. He called ahead to say he was on his way and arrive right on time. Introduced his self to us and got right to work. Also came in and asked a few questions about our maintain on the filter and such.
checked out our unit, which we have not done anything to for the 7 yrs. we have lived here. He came and told us what he would recommend taking care of and gave us a price and showed us the part for which he was replacing. Very pleasant to deal with, a fine young man and dressed nice & neat with his uniform.

My service technician was able to quickly respond within two hours of my call on a Saturday morning. He was quite helpful and respectful in trying to resolve my problem, which was trying to locate an item which may have been flushed down the toilet. Unfortunately my missing item was not located in the sewer line. However, my sewer lines were cleaned out and my toilet was serviced so that it would flush better.

The service by [redacted] L. and [redacted] W. was excellent. They were friendly, informative, and thorough. They arrived on-time and worked steadily until the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the work; duct, coil, and blower cleaning for my a/c unit. It has made a significant difference in the air quality in my home and been great relief for my allergies.
My only issue with the company is the problems I had scheduling. Every appointment or attempt to make an appointment was coupled with some problem. After I eventually talked to a scheduling manager, he resolved the problem to my satisfaction.
It is good to be persistent as the technicians doing the work are excellent.

The company and it's employees that have serviced our HVAC needs have been outstanding.
On a scheduled a/c maintenance visit one of our 2 a/c units was found to have significant issues, necessitating replacement. [redacted], the service tech went over the options and we selected having a new unit installed. George Brazil was able to schedule the replacement the next day. [redacted] was the lead tech and [redacted] worked with him. They arrived promptly, as scheduled and began the tasks of removing the old unit and installing the new one. Their teamwork was very evident and they worked diligently and professionally to install the new a/c equipment. They kept us informed of their tasks and progress, worked neatly and cleanly inside our home and were very professional.
We could not be happier with the work performed or the manner in which George Brazil's technicians worked. We have used this company since a weekend, summer a/c emergency some years ago and could not be more pleased with their business model or performance.

[redacted] did a great and very thorough job in checking out our heat pump units. She explained everything carefully--we will request her in the future for our warranty check-ups.

We had new AC units installed...a big, all day job. It was completed as scheduled and the results were great!!!! They worked well as a team, keeping us informed of progress. While it was a very hot day, they never lost their sense of humor, or their commitment to doing a quality job. Before leaving, they cleaned up and made sure we understood the new equipment.

It was a very good experience and we are enjoying the final result.....efficient AC with on-going support from George Brazil in the future.
