A/C blew a fuse on a 100 degree Saturday afternoon. Called it in and a technician was at my house right when he said he'd be and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour.

Excellent and professional service from all workers.

Jorge was very professional and took care of the installation of my new AC unit very well. He was courteous and took the time to explain how long it would take and was very aware to clean up the workspace.

Terry has represented his company in a professional manor. I had many questions about the service he was performing on our AC unit. He discovered problems overlooked by previous technicians. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Additionally, he corresponded with me through email for follow up questions. He gained my trust.

We needed a new air conditioner so we got a quote from George Brazil. They had two installers come out fast and had the new air conditioner installed. Jesus L and Sherwin H were very friendly and fast with the install. They did a very great job.

The service by [redacted] L. and [redacted] W. was excellent. They were friendly, informative, and thorough. They arrived on-time and worked steadily until the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the work; duct, coil, and blower cleaning for my a/c unit. It has made a significant difference in the air quality in my home and been great relief for my allergies.
My only issue with the company is the problems I had scheduling. Every appointment or attempt to make an appointment was coupled with some problem. After I eventually talked to a scheduling manager, he resolved the problem to my satisfaction.
It is good to be persistent as the technicians doing the work are excellent.

My service technician was able to quickly respond within two hours of my call on a Saturday morning. He was quite helpful and respectful in trying to resolve my problem, which was trying to locate an item which may have been flushed down the toilet. Unfortunately my missing item was not located in the sewer line. However, my sewer lines were cleaned out and my toilet was serviced so that it would flush better.

Very timely service agent. He was able to fix the electrical problem I had. The agent was courteous and knowledgable. He also suggested a few prevention tips for issues in the future.

We had [redacted] L. come out today to do a service check on our AC unit which sits on top of the roof of our
garage. He called ahead to say he was on his way and arrive right on time. Introduced his self to us and got right to work. Also came in and asked a few questions about our maintain on the filter and such.
checked out our unit, which we have not done anything to for the 7 yrs. we have lived here. He came and told us what he would recommend taking care of and gave us a price and showed us the part for which he was replacing. Very pleasant to deal with, a fine young man and dressed nice & neat with his uniform.

We have used George Brazil for several years and their customer service is of high standards. Our service technician [redacted] was polite and knowledgeable. This time we did a service contract for a 2nd home we own for peace of mind.

My air conditioner would not stop blowing air, even when told to turn off. The company was very helpful and assured me that someone would come between noon and 4 pm. As 4 pm approached, I received a call that the technician was running late and would be there after 4.

The technician arrived after calling me and was very professional: Nate Soudani . Nate listened to our experience then checked on the roof and at the control box. He took a picture of the problem--energized low volt unprotected wiring. It was very apparent that the wiring should have had covered wires, not stripped and open to elements. The unit was installed in 2012 by a contractor for the City of Phoenix.

Nate repaired the area and tested the air conditioner.

We really appreciated his attention to detail and thoughtfullness.

I would not hesitate to use George Brazil again...and I will be requesting Nate as my technician.

I had the APS Advanced Tuneup done on both of my air-conditioners and even though they had to take some extra time to heat up the interior of my home so they could run the test they never hurried through the test.

The technician found a few problem which he fixed and also showed me some concerns he had with my older air-conditioner and said in a few years I might have a few major repairs or need to replace this air-conditioner but for right now it was alright.

I would use George Brazil again if I needed some service...

From start to finish George Brazil was great. Dan explained the process and answered any questions both during and after the initial estimation. The installation crew did a great job, I barely noticed them being there! They cleaned up afterwards and was professional throughout the entire process. All of that on top of a far lesser price than I received through two other companies.

I recently used George Brazil for a slow running drain in my kitchen sink. The plumber from George Brazil, [redacted], was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions. I am very happy with the service provided and will use George Brazil again if needed.

TWO SERVICE SPECIALIST [redacted] AND [redacted] SHOWED UP TODAY AND AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT LAYING CARPET, SHEETS AND EVEN PROTECTIVE BOOTIES TO PROTECT THE AREAS THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THEIR JOB, THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE CLOSING OUT THE VENTS AND PUTTING PLASTIC TO SEAL THE VENT AND SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS. THEY WENT ABOUT THEIR JOBS PROFESSIONALL AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID. VERY,VERY, PROFESSIONAL, THANKS TO [redacted], [redacted]. AND [redacted], A JOB WELL DONE, JUST REFLECTS BACK TO THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR, GEORGE BRAZIL. HOOWAH!!!
