We needed a new air conditioner so we got a quote from George Brazil. They had two installers come out fast and had the new air conditioner installed. Jesus L and Sherwin H were very friendly and fast with the install. They did a very great job.

Over whelming, satisfied with the installation of the new furnace and air conditioner (HVAC) and without issues while explaining what they were doing. The installers were friendly and respectful and completed the job in less time than expected. We would not hesitate to recommend Jesus L., and Sherwin H., from Geo Brazil Air Conditioning, Heating for coming out as promised, and installing the HVAC unit as promised. I not only appreciate your HVAC service and expertise, but I also appreciate your attention to detail. You replaced the faulty ductwork and then checked the system to make sure that all room was now getting HVAC - Great service! They completed the job efficiently and kept the workspace tidy. Besides the quality installation, the installers were very personable which is a benefit in an overheated contractor market - They did a great job.

Early this morning I called George Brazil A/C & Heating seeking on-site technical assistance with my thermostat that I had installed fresh batteries. Their help desk individual was very polite, courteous, and set up a time window when a technician would arrive. The technician (Mike F[redacted]) showed up well within the estimate time window. He was properly attired, introduced himself, put on his protective booties, and went to the thermostat to inspect it. I explained to Mike that I had earlier inserted fresh batteries while making sure they matched the polarity diagram. He removed the electronic monitor and reinstalled the batteries. The monitor came on and he very courteously replied to my sheepish embarrassment, "You must have been tired when you changed the batteries. I've done the same thing when I'm tired at the end of a long day." He stayed to test and make sure the thermostat was working properly, and then completed his associated paperwork for my signature.
I thought to myself, what a professional, courteous, happy young man.
George Brazil has some of the best trained, talented and customer service oriented individuals in the Valley bar none. I've never a bad experience with the company over the past three years, since they installed my new A/C unit.

MR. W[redacted] was very informative on the state of my A/C Heat pump. He took the

time to explain possible problem with the unit.

From start to finish George Brazil was great. Dan explained the process and answered any questions both during and after the initial estimation. The installation crew did a great job, I barely noticed them being there! They cleaned up afterwards and was professional throughout the entire process. All of that on top of a far lesser price than I received through two other companies.

Roy H. was my service technician and was very professional. He explained to me what maintenance he would be performing that day and what my warranty covered. He recorded all of the work he did on a cell phone video to show me what had been done. Would definitely recommend him.

George Brazil Heating and Air Conditioning, did a great job in our home today. They cleaned and sealed our heating and cooling duct system. They were very professional and organized.

I had the APS Advanced Tuneup done on both of my air-conditioners and even though they had to take some extra time to heat up the interior of my home so they could run the test they never hurried through the test.

The technician found a few problem which he fixed and also showed me some concerns he had with my older air-conditioner and said in a few years I might have a few major repairs or need to replace this air-conditioner but for right now it was alright.

I would use George Brazil again if I needed some service...

My air conditioner would not stop blowing air, even when told to turn off. The company was very helpful and assured me that someone would come between noon and 4 pm. As 4 pm approached, I received a call that the technician was running late and would be there after 4.

The technician arrived after calling me and was very professional: Nate Soudani . Nate listened to our experience then checked on the roof and at the control box. He took a picture of the problem--energized low volt unprotected wiring. It was very apparent that the wiring should have had covered wires, not stripped and open to elements. The unit was installed in 2012 by a contractor for the City of Phoenix.

Nate repaired the area and tested the air conditioner.

We really appreciated his attention to detail and thoughtfullness.

I would not hesitate to use George Brazil again...and I will be requesting Nate as my technician.

Professional from the moment they called to set up the check up to the moment the tech walked out the door. There were some deficiencies pointed out but no pressure to immediately buy replacements. I am glad I chose to go from Chas Roberts to George Brazil.
