Jorge, Sid, and Ryan installed a double AC and furnace system in my home yesterday. They rolled out the red carpet (literally) on the floors and up the stairs so they would not track up the house. They were very efficient and did a very professional job of installing both units. They answered all my questions and were very polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. They took the time to explain the units to me and review the use of the thermostats. Hats off to them and to Todd who was out the previous day and did the measuring and photos to make the job easier for these installers. They all worked as a team. Great job.

Rhino F. helped install my new Trane refrigeration unit. He is a very polite, considerate and very knowledgeable service rep that I was glad to have handling my installation.

This team of people made this the most enjoyable experience I have ever had doing something "big" to my home. From [redacted] my sales person who kept me informed of everything down to the installers [redacted] and [redacted]..wow excellent service. Stress free is what I call it...they did a great job on one of the hottest days. Smooth and efficient...total professionals. Had a couple of small issues with a rattle but one phone call to the ladies in Customer Service and bang...right there to fix it the next day. All super friendly and professional. Love my new unit and very much looking forward to doing business with such an honest company. 10 stars. Have already recommended George Brazil to a friend who also bought because they know how picky I am...and if I love them...they gotta be good.

Brandon W. came to our house to do a routine maintenance on an AC unit we puchased from George Brazil 2 years ago. He also checked the older unit on our property. This young man was very courteous and professional and completely thourough on his visit. Very impressive. He explained our options without any pressure. We are very impressed with this company.

[redacted] was the technician sent to analyze our units & tell us why we weren't getting any cool air. He put me at ease with his pleasant and calm demeanor, and explained every detail to me during every stage of his review. I don't know jack about the AC lingo, but [redacted] was able to simply explain complex procedures in a way that I totally understood. He repeatedly returned to me (at various points of our home watching our kids) to provide additional information, and offer me the opportunity to see what he was referring to. He was so extremely positive and informative, I was totally comfortable with him in my home and in his presence. During an off topic convo, at some point, he pulled out his NATE Certification Card that highlighted the additional skills and experience he was required to maintain as a part of the job. Nothing about getting a new AC unit is fun, especially when you have TWO broken units, but [redacted] was very aware of the unpleasant situation we were facing and broke it down into terms I could envision (and make the unpleasant price for a new unit, regardless of where it's purchased) much more relatable and palatable. He even had the sense to break into casual conversation to help me from freaking out (that the AZ summer is practically here but I'm without any functioning AC unit!) I am not particular to strangers and I absolutely do not let just anyone in my house - but [redacted] was a diamond amongst glass beads, and left my house after 4 hours feeling like a friend rather than a service technician. I absolutely, wholeheartedly, endorse the services provided by this separate arm of the George Brazil name, most specifically [redacted]. If you find yourself in a similar unpleasant predicament, waste no time worrying and place the call to this team!

I recently had Monte with George Brazil to my house for an air conditioning quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He understood our needs and quoted a unit that not only met our expectation but was also $1,000s less than the 2 previous quotes that we received. We purchased with George Brazil and already have our unit installed (5 days later). Very happy to do business with this company and Monte.

Oner M[redacted] serviced our AC on 9/10/15. He was most efficient and professional. He spent time explaining several kinds of information we needed to get the most efficiency from our York AC unit installed by George Brazil 5 yrs ago. Thank you, thank you, Oner. You are most pleasant and informative.

Charley L. and the George Brazil air conditioning installation team provided excellent information, support and service for a "long distance" air conditioner purchase for my daughter. Charley answered all my questions, provided detailed facts and figures and followed up with me upon project completion. My daughter now has a high quality product, installed correctly, and cool air! I highly recommend George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating.

Review: In June 2012 George Brazil Air Conditioning came out and inspected my existing air conditioner because it was making noise. The service Technician told me that the compressor was failing. At that point I was presented with two options, 1) replace the compressor at a cost of approximately $3200, or 2) replace the entire air conditioner at a cost of approximately $8,000. At this point I was NOT however informed that my existing compressor was still under the original manufactures warranty and would be free for me to replace (minus labor of course). I would not have had to finance almost $8,000 to replace my air conditioner if George Brazil Air Conditioning Services would have given me the full disclosure.

In addition to all of this I debated with them for quite a while over the necessary remedy for them damaging my wooden banister while they were replacing my air conditioner filter holder. And furthermore, I had to call them back out to replace the return side Miting Box at the Air Handler, and while replacing it the technician noticed that it had not been sealed correctly with the first installation.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of the labor that it would have taken to replace the original compressor in the original unit.

After further investigation, Mr. [redacted] is 100% correct. [redacted] should have checked the warranty status on the original equipment prior to quoting retail price on a compressor replacement and or quote for a new unit. [redacted] M is no longer with George Brazil so I’m unable to reprimand him for using poor judgment. I strongly believe The burden of proof should lie on the contractor to know and understand when a warranty expires. As a consumer, I rely on the professionals to guide me down the right road with accurate information especially on products I know nothing about! I believe Mr. [redacted] was quoted 3271.04 plus tax to replace a non warranty compressor. To replace a compressor under manufacture warranty (no labor) is 1616.97 plus tax. Total of new unit = 7980.76, total of compressor change out under warranty no labor = 1987.47, total refund = 6293.29. I will process the paperwork and mail out a check ASAP.
