They were arrived on schedule and were very pleastant to work with. They did an excellent job.

My neighbor gave me a name of a service man to look at my air conditioner. I asked for Roy H. at George Brazil and was quite pleased at his professional knowledge. He explained my options. I had several questions and Roy gave me the through answers about my system. Roy was excellent in what he did. I will ask for him again and forward him to anybody that needs heating & ac work.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable about my air conditioner and heating system. he answered my questions in a way I could understand and showed me simple maintenance procedures that I could perform. In the future Brandon Westfield is the service tech. that I will request George Brazil sent out to our home.

Overall I'm pleased with the service received. Mick was very efficient.

I have only one problem, most likely a training issue. Employees should be required to wear gloves before handling access panel to attic. I'm a 70 year old woman that had to climb up the ladder to clean dirty hand prints of panel that is located in ceiling.

I just purchased a new heat pump form George Brazil - and yes, it was expensive, but I knew that going through George Brazil I would have quality workmanship and the best customer service. My appointment timeframe was between 8am and 10 am, I got a call right around 8am to let me know that they were on the way! No waiting at all! Jorge V. was my install professional and he not only met my expectations, he far exceeded them! He was so patient and kind, I have zero knowledge of HVAC systems and he took the time to show me all of my equipment, walked me through each step of the installation, and just made sure that I was aware of all that was being done. Jorge V. made sure I knew everything that I needed to know from working my thermostat and where the air filter was, to how a heat pump works and what to expect as the weather begins to change. And all of this he did with a smile! Jorge was fantastic and I can only hope he is acknowledged for his dedication, courtesy, and superb customer service! Thank you Jorge V. for re-affirming that I made the right choice for my new system! George Brazil is lucky to have someone like you on their team!

They did a great job of installing a new Air Conditioner and heater. They came early and stayed until it was all done the same day. They were polite and efficient. Their names were Jose G, Ferris T and their new guy David.

CJ Bradley performed a six month check on my air conditioner. He explained everything he was going to do and was very polite and professional. He recommended cleaning the ducts and took pictures so I could see the condition

of the ductwork myself.

I received great customer service.

The service was GREAT! The Service Technician, Manny D[redacted], was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.

I had Steve D & Ottis B from George Brazil come out for an insulation upgrade to my attic today. Both were very professional and did a great job blowing in the new insulation. They were courteous and did a great job cleaning up after.

Calvin W and Robert A were absolutely the best! Customer service was EXCELLENT and the job done was perfect!

I just want to comment on our Service Pro Mr Roy H from George Brazil. He came very quickly when we had problems with our air conditioning unit that we had purchased in January 2015. He is very dedicated to his customers and is concerned about customers problems. We were very satisfied with him and is very knowledgeable in his work. If we were to have problems again we would definitely request Roy from George Brazil.

[redacted]. was very professional, congenial and knowledgeable. I will ask for him especially next time I need plumbing services because I feel he is highly skilled and trustworthy.

[redacted] of George Brazil provided some plumbing service for us today (replacing an in-sink garbage disposal). He did an excellent and clean job and left no mess. We are very satisfied with his service and his companies service.

The service technician, [redacted], showed up on time and was very courteous. He showed me the faulty part, offered good advice in maintaining my units. I will definitely use them in the future and will make it a point to ask for [redacted] again.

[redacted] and [redacted] installed a new AC unit in my home. They were wonderful. They arrived on time, were very professional throughout the day, and had a positive attitude throughout despite the difficulty of the job and the long hours.

[redacted] and [redacted] performed the job of sealing our ductwork. They explained what they would be doing at the onset, answered all questions, and cleaned up after finishing their work. They went about their business promptly and without any interference to our normal routine as homeowners. After they had finished they showed us the results of the tests they had performed before and after. The results were dramatic. After running our furnace, it became apparent that changes had taken place. The system blows air much more effectively, and the rooms seem to heat more evenly and more quickly.
