Excellent and courteous service from Michelle J. in performing regular HVAC maintenance check at my home on 11/11/13.

Our service technician today was [redacted]., she is extremely professional and is a positive reflection of George Brazil Air Conditioning. [redacted] was very thorough with the appointment, even changing out our air filters and dusting the vents. She called 30 minutes before arriving as was promised by the scheduler, got right to work and was very pleasant to work with.

Both Adrian and Chuck not only installed my new Trane AC and heat pump but answered all of my questions as the day wore on..They did not even take a lunch break. I could not be more pleased. Both men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

As this is a major investment, it is nice to feel that you are getting the best product installed by the best technitians. Thanks, George Brazil. I got four estimates and chose George Brazil based on both cost and honestly. Salesman Dan was straighforward.

HVAC salesman [redacted] was our salesman for our new Trane AC system. He was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He worked very hard to get the best energy efficient and correct size units for us. We would highly recommend him. He is an asset to George Brazil Services. I was in need of a new ac unit for my 2 story townhouse. All the staff were polite, factual, and very upfront about the cost and process. They worked with me regarding scheduling and were very accommodating. When my project completion was delayed by rain [redacted] came out on superbowl Sunday to complete the project. George Brazil was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. The AC tech, [redacted], was amazing! Not only was he professional throughout the entire service call, but really enjoyed what he was doing. The service was above and beyond, providing a much more personal experience than expected. Review: After having them come out and clean our air vents multiple times we still had dust and other particles including insects coming out of the vents which resulted in me to get pneumonia and end up in the hospital for a couple of days and it's has also worsened my asthma. And as summer approaches I am not able to turn my air conditioning on due to the debris still in there.Desired Settlement: I want refunds on all of the visits in the last year of them cleaning out my air ducts.

I apologize for the delay in my response as I was reaching out to [redacted] in regards to the dust/particle problem that she’s been experiencing. I was able to make contact on 6/16 and wanted to understand what’s been going on with her AC unit/Ductwork. [redacted] is asking for refunds for what she’s spent in the last year but according to my records, George Brazil never charged for a Duct Cleaning. The unit was installed on 1/5/11 for 6429.22 and the first complaint about dust particles was on 4/30/14. Since then we have been back and performed 2 duct cleanings and sealed all duct connections at no charge to try and rectify the particle problem. I offered to come out to the house with the York/Manufacture Technical Support Rep and she declined because she feels that the problem is coming from the unit and she wants the unit removed and replaced with a new one. I advised [redacted] to call [redacted] and see who they would recommend that specializes in dust particles since George Brazil has done everything we can to try and resolve this issue. I also advised [redacted] to send me the bill from the other contractor so I can reimburse for what she has spent so nothing comes out of her pocket. [redacted] has agreed to call [redacted] and will keep me posted on what the other contractor finds. Did an excellent job and were very helpful.

[redacted]. came to do our semi-annual maintenance on the air conditioner/heater. He was on time, courteous and efficient.

I had to replace my HVAC system I hired George Brazil.
The installers were [redacted]. and [redacted]. They took out the old gas furnace and A/C unit and properly
installed the new equipment in well under four hours.
Everything is working well ant the temperature in the
house never rose above 83 degrees. They were informative and pleasant to deal with. They really
know what they are doing

We have a service contract with George Brazil. I have always insisted that Roy H. be the ONLY one who assists me.He has always been fair and honest.Roy-you rock!
