I had requested an inspection of my 15 year old or more roof mounted air conditioning and heating system. I expected bad news as this ancient monster on my roof (it was very big) was inefficient and costly at the least. The good news was the compressor looked fairly new. The bad news was the birds must love me! Previous repairs by others were not done too well leaving openings where there should be none and sealing other areas that should be sealed. The cost to fix it was not worth it. This was on April 14th, a Thursday. I ordered a YORK system. The next day about 8:00AM the George Brazil crew arrived and got to work. At 9:00 the crane arrived to remove the old and drop in the new. The YORK system is about 1/3rd the size of my old one and a big bunch more efficient. They were done and gone by about 3:30. It doesn't get any better than that. A new thermostat, state of the art type had been installed and set up. All paperwork done. Everything cleaned up. One would not have noticed they were there. Good work CJ and Kudos to the rest of the crew that worked their buns off. The new system is outstanding in performance.

Review: After having them come out and clean our air vents multiple times we still had dust and other particles including insects coming out of the vents which resulted in me to get pneumonia and end up in the hospital for a couple of days and it's has also worsened my asthma. And as summer approaches I am not able to turn my air conditioning on due to the debris still in there.Desired Settlement: I want refunds on all of the visits in the last year of them cleaning out my air ducts.

I apologize for the delay in my response as I was reaching out to [redacted] in regards to the dust/particle problem that she’s been experiencing. I was able to make contact on 6/16 and wanted to understand what’s been going on with her AC unit/Ductwork. [redacted] is asking for refunds for what she’s spent in the last year but according to my records, George Brazil never charged for a Duct Cleaning. The unit was installed on 1/5/11 for 6429.22 and the first complaint about dust particles was on 4/30/14. Since then we have been back and performed 2 duct cleanings and sealed all duct connections at no charge to try and rectify the particle problem. I offered to come out to the house with the York/Manufacture Technical Support Rep and she declined because she feels that the problem is coming from the unit and she wants the unit removed and replaced with a new one. I advised [redacted] to call [redacted] and see who they would recommend that specializes in dust particles since George Brazil has done everything we can to try and resolve this issue. I also advised [redacted] to send me the bill from the other contractor so I can reimburse for what she has spent so nothing comes out of her pocket. [redacted] has agreed to call [redacted] and will keep me posted on what the other contractor finds. Need a second opinion on my units. The other company was all about making money and full of crap. I called George Brazil after they left. Extremely honest, professional service, will be glad to leave the other company that services my ac units. Glad too see someone else that cares about service. Getting the job done right, However, not pushing the most expensive repair for a warn out part. (CAP) Will be using in the future.

[redacted] was very neat and extremely professional. If we ever had a problem, I would not hessitate to ask that [redacted] come out to fix the problem.

[redacted] repaired a leak in our bathtub faucet today. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Good service. Good price. Arrived at time stated, left briefly to get the needed part (as he had to turn off the water main), returned promptly and finished the repair.

This company has been very professional, friendly and reasonable with pricing. Their work is very good as well. We had a new heat pump unit installed today by [redacted] and [redacted]. They were quick, clean, very professional and answered all questions and concerns.

We were to have the ducts cleaned, but were told by the sales rep that it would not be necessary to cover anything because there would be NO dust. I had just cleaned everything in preparation for Christmas. Imagine my anxiety when I saw [redacted] start to cover floor, rugs,etc. He very patiently and kindly explained the procedure from start to finish, and assured me that there would be only minimal dust on the immediate floor, not flying all over the house.I trusted him.
He and [redacted]. went about the cleaning as professionals. There was NO dust all over. They cleaned up any residue, and put all the furniture back exactly where it belonged. I was very satisfied, and glad that I had it done at that time.
