[redacted] (electrician) did an amazing job that was difficult with a smile and a great attitude. 3 other electricians turned this job down. [redacted] (dispatcher) could learn a great deal from [redacted] about attitude.

This was the first time my husband and I used George Brazil Services. We both knew they provide plumbing services but didn't know they do electrical services as well. [redacted] was very professional and informative right off the bat. He showed me the pricing sheet before any work was done. He also entertained all the questions I had regarding how he fixed our ceiling fan. We were happy with the work that he's done and will keep them in mind when we need help again in the future.

They did a great job of installing a new Air Conditioner and heater. They came early and stayed until it was all done the same day. They were polite and efficient. Their names were Jose G, Ferris T and their new guy David.

Calvin W and Robert A were absolutely the best! Customer service was EXCELLENT and the job done was perfect!

Jason H. arrived on time and made a specific effort to keep his work area very clean. He was professional in every respect.

My neighbor gave me a name of a service man to look at my air conditioner. I asked for Roy H. at George Brazil and was quite pleased at his professional knowledge. He explained my options. I had several questions and Roy gave me the through answers about my system. Roy was excellent in what he did. I will ask for him again and forward him to anybody that needs heating & ac work.

This company has been very professional, friendly and reasonable with pricing. Their work is very good as well. Their crew takes time to explain what they are doing without it feeling like a pressure sale. I will be using their services whenever I have anything I need done around my house. Only positives experiences with them thus far.

[redacted] repaired a leak in our bathtub faucet today. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Good service. Good price. Arrived at time stated, left briefly to get the needed part (as he had to turn off the water main), returned promptly and finished the repair.

I just purchased a new heat pump form George Brazil - and yes, it was expensive, but I knew that going through George Brazil I would have quality workmanship and the best customer service. My appointment timeframe was between 8am and 10 am, I got a call right around 8am to let me know that they were on the way! No waiting at all! Jorge V. was my install professional and he not only met my expectations, he far exceeded them! He was so patient and kind, I have zero knowledge of HVAC systems and he took the time to show me all of my equipment, walked me through each step of the installation, and just made sure that I was aware of all that was being done. Jorge V. made sure I knew everything that I needed to know from working my thermostat and where the air filter was, to how a heat pump works and what to expect as the weather begins to change. And all of this he did with a smile! Jorge was fantastic and I can only hope he is acknowledged for his dedication, courtesy, and superb customer service! Thank you Jorge V. for re-affirming that I made the right choice for my new system! George Brazil is lucky to have someone like you on their team!

[redacted] was very neat and extremely professional. If we ever had a problem, I would not hessitate to ask that [redacted] come out to fix the problem.

Need a second opinion on my units. The other company was all about making money and full of crap. I called George Brazil after they left. Extremely honest, professional service, will be glad to leave the other company that services my ac units. Glad too see someone else that cares about service. Getting the job done right, However, not pushing the most expensive repair for a warn out part. (CAP) Will be using in the future.

I had Steve D & Ottis B from George Brazil come out for an insulation upgrade to my attic today. Both were very professional and did a great job blowing in the new insulation. They were courteous and did a great job cleaning up after.

Overall I'm pleased with the service received. Mick was very efficient.

I have only one problem, most likely a training issue. Employees should be required to wear gloves before handling access panel to attic. I'm a 70 year old woman that had to climb up the ladder to clean dirty hand prints of panel that is located in ceiling.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable about my air conditioner and heating system. he answered my questions in a way I could understand and showed me simple maintenance procedures that I could perform. In the future Brandon Westfield is the service tech. that I will request George Brazil sent out to our home.

They were arrived on schedule and were very pleastant to work with. They did an excellent job.

We were to have the ducts cleaned, but were told by the sales rep that it would not be necessary to cover anything because there would be NO dust. I had just cleaned everything in preparation for Christmas. Imagine my anxiety when I saw [redacted] start to cover floor, rugs,etc. He very patiently and kindly explained the procedure from start to finish, and assured me that there would be only minimal dust on the immediate floor, not flying all over the house.I trusted him.
He and [redacted]. went about the cleaning as professionals. There was NO dust all over. They cleaned up any residue, and put all the furniture back exactly where it belonged. I was very satisfied, and glad that I had it done at that time.
