The technicians, Chuck W. and partner did an outstanding job. Chuck was friendly, courteous, conscientious! he explained the job to be done and did an excellent job in their preparation. when finished he again explained what thet did and how much of an impact it would make on our system. Excellent crew, we would recommend George Brazil to all who need their type of work!!

Charley L. was an outstanding technician. He took the time to go through everything with us and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him.

Great Service and very professional.

Service was great. After reprogramming the thermostat, he immediately knew what the problem might be and he was right. After he was done, he explained to me in laymen's terms what had happened. Josh W. was kind and seemed to enjoy his work in this hot weather.

Review: I have called and spoken with [redacted] and others who tell me I will receive an email with a quote and credit application. I have a tenant who has been living in above 100 degree conditions. I am unable to contract George Brazil for services and my tenant is still suffering after over a week. I have yet to receive an email as was promissed multiple times by multiple persons.Desired Settlement: I want the email. I would also like a discount for the inconvenience.

[redacted] was called out to evaluate the AC unit so he can properly give an estimate on replacing. The property is located @ [redacted]. On July 4th, He arrived@ 8:00 am and left @ 9:00 am. I believe [redacted] had 2 other estimates and was waiting for George Brazils. [redacted] was overwhelmed with estimates so he forwarded all the info to [redacted] our inside sales. A service call was scheduled on 7/7/2013 by the landlord ([redacted])to try and repair the system but there was no answer at the front door. The office and the technician both left a message on [redacted]’s cell@ [redacted], tagged the door and he was on his way. [redacted] also left 2 messages that same day. [redacted] called again on 7/10/2013 and left 2 more messages. Once I received the Revdex.com complaint, I quickly called [redacted] on 7/10 and left a message trying to save this call. I sent an email on 7/11@4:10 pm to[redacted] with no reply. Not sure if he’s getting the messages but there is a 30 second delay every time I call and it goes right to voicemail. I would love to resolve this case if possible but I would imagine the AC unit has been replaced by another contractor by now. Please let me know if you need anything else and have a great weekend!

Very pleased with all the work that George Brazil Services have done for me. I have had reasons to use the plumbing, A/C and electrical services over several years. Always very prompt in coming to the house and explaining things that have to be done.

The electrical specialist [redacted]. was knowledgeable, neat, and did a good job. He was excellent about educating me about different aspects of the job and made good suggestions about future projects. I would sincerely recomment him.

[redacted] and [redacted] recently cleaned our A/C - heating ducts. They were very courteous and professional and took care to minimize any disturbance and dust from their work.

So far, I have had nothing but great service from George Brazil Services. It is not very often that you can deal with several different service people and feel good about all of them. We contacted George Brazil to handle some small plumbing repairs. Cole T. came out on the job and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He discovered that our sink had been installed improperly by the original contractors and could have fallen and injured someone. Cole came up with sound recommendations on how to resolve the matter and also inspected other areas in our home to ensure everything was working as it should. Cole was very personable and conscientious.

We have had at least five (5) different employees from George Brazil at our home prior to this visit. Every one of their employees was so pleasant, knew what they were doing and did it right the first time.
Today, [redacted] was the employee who came to our home to install a new R/O system under our kitchen sink. When he was finished he also checked the water heater, and both bathrooms to make sure there was no problem with them.
We thought it couldn't get any better with George Brazil employees but [redacted] exceeded our expectations. Very courteous, very out-going, could carry on a conversation and made his visit at our home very pleasant. [redacted] and our dog, Jake made rapid friends and Jake stayed with [redacted] in the kitchen while he was working, almost like he was his helper.
We would recommend [redacted] and George Brazil to anyone that was in need of their services.

Today June 23,2015 we had a new air conditioning installed. [redacted] and [redacted] were the two gentle men that did the installation. They were here promptly at 7:15 and the job was completed at 2:15. They were both very nice young men. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. No messing around. They cleaned up the small mess that they made. They explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend these two that wants a professional install. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends to request these two.
