Very pleased with all the work that George Brazil Services have done for me. I have had reasons to use the plumbing, A/C and electrical services over several years. Always very prompt in coming to the house and explaining things that have to be done.

Brandon W has been our service professional for a number of years and has always provided us with prompt, professional service. He knows his product and his business exceptionally well.

Jose was very efficient. Nice personality, was very pleased!

Excellent service with air conditioning unit, answered all my questions

Mick C completed the new A/C install by replacing the return grill as agreed. The grill was non-standard and had to be special ordered. Replacement completed within a short time with a much better grill and cleaner modern appearance. Mick's quality job is recognized.

Great service from the two guys from [redacted] Brazil. [redacted] and [redacted]. They called prior to arrival, arrived on time and did their work in an efficient and professional manner. They answered all our questions and provided all the necessary information about our new AC system. Thanks, [redacted].

This service was done very professionally. They explained everything to me and let me be involved in the decision as to how they were doing things. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to have a service and/or repair done on their air conditioning system.

[redacted] was here today to check a concern that I had on my heat pump. He was very prompt and polite. He checked out my concern, which was minor and took care of it. So far, I have had nothing but great service from George Brazil Services. It is not very often that you can deal with several different service people and feel good about all of them. Thank you for the great service.

[redacted] and [redacted] were both excellent technicians and absolute experts at HVAC installation. They provided detailed explanations of what they were going to do and they took their time to make sure things were done right. I would highly recommend George Brazil for any HVAC service or installation.

Called yesterday to schedule a diagnostic for my air conditioning unit. They scheduled it for the next day at 3pm to 7pm which wasn't a problem because my unit was working intermittently. A few hours later we called them back because the unit was completely out and not working, our house now at 84 degrees in sunny Arizona, they said they had technicians out after hours which was between 7pm and 11pm but there was an additional charge of $39.95. We said ok as we were desperate to get it fixed. The lady said the tech will call when he is on the way. 11pm rolls around so we call the after hours number,l and asked where our guy was as he hasn't came or called and asked if we should wait and if they were still coming? [redacted] on the line said that it is up to us if we want to wait, I told him if they are still coming we would wait, he said he didn't know. We waited until midnight and ended up falling asleep, when we woke up at 5 am there were no calls to us from the tech. I called the office who sent a message to the dispatcher who let me know that they never moved us from our original schedule and apologized. That was it. This was my experience with George Brazil.

Michelle j came out today to do a check on our heating unit and she was great. We're very impressed with her professionalism and honesty. I would recommend her to anyone. George Brazil is very lucky to have her representing your company.

The installation was very good.

This was a good experience from the three gentlemen that came to our home. From Kelley, the salesman, to Ferris T. and Johnny C[redacted] , the prof. servicemen. All were very polite and respectful. It was a long and hot day for them and they were so polite all the many hours they were here. Instructions on how to use the new unit were very helpful.

Clean quick work. Explained well, nice and polite.

I had requested an inspection of my 15 year old or more roof mounted air conditioning and heating system. I expected bad news as this ancient monster on my roof (it was very big) was inefficient and costly at the least. The good news was the compressor looked fairly new. The bad news was the birds must love me! Previous repairs by others were not done too well leaving openings where there should be none and sealing other areas that should be sealed. The cost to fix it was not worth it. This was on April 14th, a Thursday. I ordered a YORK system. The next day about 8:00AM the George Brazil crew arrived and got to work. At 9:00 the crane arrived to remove the old and drop in the new. The YORK system is about 1/3rd the size of my old one and a big bunch more efficient. They were done and gone by about 3:30. It doesn't get any better than that. A new thermostat, state of the art type had been installed and set up. All paperwork done. Everything cleaned up. One would not have noticed they were there. Good work CJ and Kudos to the rest of the crew that worked their buns off. The new system is outstanding in performance.

My appointment on October 28 was serviced by Brandon. Punctual, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Will request Brandon for all future appointments.

I had the air go out at a home I rent out. My poor tenant was desperate for help and Sean O. came out at around 11:00 PM to help. The unit required a new motor which he didn't have, so the next day (his day off) Sean worked with me to get the part ordered. I though he went over and above to help my tenant and me.
