This was a good experience from the three gentlemen that came to our home. From Kelley, the salesman, to Ferris T. and Johnny C[redacted] , the prof. servicemen. All were very polite and respectful. It was a long and hot day for them and they were so polite all the many hours they were here. Instructions on how to use the new unit were very helpful.

I have been using George Brazil for years and have always received great service from them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mick C completed the new A/C install by replacing the return grill as agreed. The grill was non-standard and had to be special ordered. Replacement completed within a short time with a much better grill and cleaner modern appearance. Mick's quality job is recognized.

Brandon W has been our service professional for a number of years and has always provided us with prompt, professional service. He knows his product and his business exceptionally well.

I recently had my air conditioning system replaced by George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating. The entire process was very organized and went smoothly. Monte Lebo was my Advisor. Monte analyzed the existing conditions and recommended a York HVAC system, and provided pricing that was very reasonable. I needed the system installed within a short time frame, which they were able to do. The installation team of Delroy G. and Samuel C. arrived on time and completed the removal and installation process in a neat and professional manner on time. I am very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend the George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating Company.

Joe R is a outstanding serviceman and customer service rep. He was extremely helpful in explaining the status of my system and the different VIP maintenance agreements to me. Great work

The installation was very good.

Called yesterday to schedule a diagnostic for my air conditioning unit. They scheduled it for the next day at 3pm to 7pm which wasn't a problem because my unit was working intermittently. A few hours later we called them back because the unit was completely out and not working, our house now at 84 degrees in sunny Arizona, they said they had technicians out after hours which was between 7pm and 11pm but there was an additional charge of $39.95. We said ok as we were desperate to get it fixed. The lady said the tech will call when he is on the way. 11pm rolls around so we call the after hours number,l and asked where our guy was as he hasn't came or called and asked if we should wait and if they were still coming? [redacted] on the line said that it is up to us if we want to wait, I told him if they are still coming we would wait, he said he didn't know. We waited until midnight and ended up falling asleep, when we woke up at 5 am there were no calls to us from the tech. I called the office who sent a message to the dispatcher who let me know that they never moved us from our original schedule and apologized. That was it. This was my experience with George Brazil.

[redacted] was one of two technicians dispatched to my home today. He was friendly, polite and very professional. It was a very positive experience.

Our service technician today was [redacted]., she is extremely professional and is a positive reflection of George Brazil Air Conditioning. [redacted] was very thorough with the appointment, even changing out our air filters and dusting the vents. She called 30 minutes before arriving as was promised by the scheduler, got right to work and was very pleasant to work with.
