Our service tech [redacted]. and [redacted] were very friendly and helpful. [redacted] explained in detail the issue at hand and suggested preventative maintenance. I was very satisfied with their service and plan on referring the company to friends and family. I feel confident in the knowledge of their technicians and appreciated the coupons they have listed on the website.

The company is a very reputable company & we are Platinum members & all the techs that came in the past have been excellent except this last plumbing tech named [redacted]. He was disrespectful to my husband & myself, came an hour late after calling us & telling us he would be right over. He had a major problem answering any questions, after he was ready to write up the job he abruptly pulled out my kitchen chair scraping it on my tile floor, slammed his paperwork down on my table, really displayed a child's tantrum who hates his job & has no people skills. Spoke to us so nastily that we requested that the company NEVER send this person back to our home ever again. Other than the horrible display this [redacted]. displayed, we never were disappointed with the other employees.

[redacted]., George Brazil, was prompt and quick to figure out the problem. He went through each step carefully and made sure I understood what had happened. He looked at the problem several times from several different angles and scenarios until he was sure there would not be any other leaks! His courtesy and professionalism is why I continue to do business with George Brazil. Thank you [redacted]!!

Second time using George Brazil. First time was for an electrician and this time was for a plumber. As always, great work and very professional. Good people all around. I even purchased the wrong size toilet and had to return it and get a proper size, and [redacted]he Plumber said he would wait. They have clear prices, no surprises. On time all the time. The office calls when the tech is on his/her way. I won't use anybody else.

I had used for the first time George Brazil Plumbing and I'm very happy with the quick appointment I was given and the excellent work that was done by their service technician Adam G. He took the time to explain the work that need to be done and did what I think is a great looking and working repair/replacement. He also left the area clean and had all parts need in his van so no time was lost in getting replacement parts, I have an older house so that was very nice.

This is my second experience with Goerge Brazil Electrical. On Both occasions, their electrician Mark B was my on site contact. I found him to be prompt, courteous, accurate and very helpful in recommending the correct service I required.

On 2/4/16 I contacted George Brazil regarding two plumbing issues. They set an appointment for 2/6/16. The plumber Adam G. arrived on time, listened to my plumbing issues, provided a quote for the service and professional completed the job. The cost for the job seems high, however, I have used George Brazil before and that always seem to do an excellent job.

Joe and Raul replaced our water heater earlier this month. They were both very professional and helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

Anees was very helpful and knowledgeable to explain and suggest products to best fit my needs and home. I appreciated his friendliness and the time he took to explain things. I would highly recommend this company and Anees to my friends for service of their electrical needs.

On 1/19/16 we had the repairman from George Brazil come to check out a electrical outlet, that was not working...

Barry B[redacted] the electrician that came told us the worst price would be thousands of dollars to fix, the outlet that had burned out...

He was here less than a hour, replaced the socket, and said he was able to pull extra wire to splice new wire into the socket, that has burned.

The bill was $498.19..... But after he left we noticed that when we tried to pull out a plug from then socket, the whole socket moved out...

We were goinging to have someone come to install a new line into our circuit outside. We were not going to call George Brazil back do to prices, and shoddy work done.

The new electrician we called to have a new line installed into the circuit, finished and we asked him to check the wall electrical socket that moved when removing a plug... He redid the entire electrical box, socket, fastened it to the block wall, and put on the face plate, and now it is solid, does not move when removing a plug!!! Cost was a extra $40.00 !!!!!! This small contractor put in three lines, three new boxes, ran conduit pipe, and total cost including the $40.00 was only $757.00. ... He was here four hours, did excellent job, did not price gouge us like George Barzil Company!!!!

[redacted] came out on a call for an AC tune-up. My unit had not been serviced since 2011. One problem he noticed right away was an air leak. Talk about throwing money away! He took the time to show me the problems and made his recommendations. Of the inside and outside compressors, he highly recommended the replacement of one. He said the other could wait and when I asked him how much longer I could expect it to last, he indicated it would probably last til the end of the year. I decided to be proactive and have them both replaced. He answered all my questions, gave his opinion, but left the decision as to how much work to have done at the time completely up to me. At no time did I ever feel pressured. He also went through my house with me, checked the thermostat and temps of each room after completing the repairs to the AC unit. He also offered recommendations that I could do to make my AC unit run more efficiently and to save costs on my electric bill. He also cleaned the coils on the outside unit. I had never been told to do this, and he explained how and how often it should be done. He asked if anyone had explained a maintenance plan to me, he explained how it would work and how it would actually save me money. Again, no pressure. I am a recent widow and truly appreciated how [redacted] took his time explaining things to me, answering my questions, and helpful tips.

[redacted]. was our service person and he was outstanding, --explained what he was doing, and most important, had our ac going in no time at all. We would have him back in a New York minute. THANKS [redacted].

I discovered on the 1/23/14 that I had selective power in the master bedroom/bath. Tripped the breakers and had no power to the house. George Brazil, [redacted] came to the rescue on Christmas Eve day. Fixed the problem after 4.5 hours. Replaced main breaker, branch breakers and trouble shot the problem as to why the breaker was tripping and fixed it. I had all power for Christmas Eve. He was very professional and wore the booties that you see on TV. Besides the sticker shock of not realizing how much a repair can cost especially at Christmas time, I should be good to another 20 years.

We had an electrical problem concerning our main popcorn machine, we needed a quick and good technician to fix it as soon as possible. It was after normal business hours but were able to have [redacted] out and working on it within an hour of our first initial call. He was very helpful and great at explaining every part of the procedure as well as explaining how our problem was caused. He was awesome and made the whole experience a much easier process.

On 4/17/2015 [redacted] arrived during the time window that we were promised that she would arrive. She was very pleasant and professional. She understood what the task entailed. She explained what she would do, and then she did exactly what she said that she would do. She did it in a time efficient manner. She left the work area as clean (or cleaner) than she found it. Later, via email, she supplied photos of the before-and-after problem area.
[redacted] was extremely pleasant to work with. She brought honor to both herself and to her company. If we need George Brazil to do work for us in the future I hope that [redacted] gets assigned to the job.

[redacted] came out and installed a new garbage disposal. I was very satisfied
with his work. I would not hesitate to call George Brazil again for any plumbing or
electrical services. They even posted a picture of Adam on my computer before he
came to the door, excellent idea!!!

Very good service , tech explained every detail of inspection and gave me a estimate for other work I was interested in getting done. Very good people to deal with AA++

My technician was Mark B. He was punctual courteous and knowledgeable. He had my electrical issue repaired in no time. I will continue to use George Brazil for all my electrical needs. Many thanks.
