Had a great experience with Cole from George Brazil Plumbing. He assessed my plumbing problem, gave me all the options I had, including the cost and benefit of each, and completed the job in an extremely professional manner. I was very impressed byssinosis professional demeanor, and very happy with the results of his work. I am so glad that I called a professional plumber instead of using a handyman or trying to fix things myself. The consequences could have been a disaster. Thank you George Brazil, and Cole, in particular, for being so thorough in repairing my plumbing problem, and for leaving my bathroom as clean as it was when you arrived.

George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical sent Eric M. out to inspect and fix a chronic problem with our dishwasher connection. Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem, provide us an explanation, and repair the problem - right the FIRST TIME! He was very professional and personable and we felt both at ease and confident with Eric on the job. His expertise and dedication quickly became apparent - his results reflect 100% "proof in the pudding". Once again, George Brazil responded to my emergency call, within an hour technician was there and problem was repaired! I had previously used George Brazil for an A/C problem that turned into an A/C replacement that was handled with professionalism and courtesy.

I am an out of town condo owner, so being able to use George Brazil and get the response I've gotten has been great. I have already referred them to six of my fiends in that area.

Ernesto arrived to my house right on time, was very friendly, and finished the job within minutes. He even took the time to explain what he did, answered my questions and well as give me tips for what else to look for. I would definitely recommend George Brazil and Ernesto to others.

Review: On August 13, 2013, I called George Brazil to address an electrical problem (I had inadvertently shorted out an arc fault base plus). The service representative who came did an excellent job of resolving that problem. He then offered to sell me ""Service Memberships" which would assure me of "priority dispatch," with "never any emergency or overtime charges," in two areas: Electrical Service Membership at the Platinum level for $380.00 and "{Plumbing Service Membership"at the Platinum level for $460.00. Realizing that our house is now eight years old, and my wife and I ten times that, I decided to sign up for both programs, and paid via credit card, on the spot.

The information sheets I was given, for both memberships, stipulated, "never any emergency or overtime charges." _On Saturday, Septembere 28, about 5:30 PM, our air conditioning quit (burned out bearing). I called George Brazil's service number, and was told that we would have to pay an extra #84 for a Sunday call. I agreed to put off the call until Monday, 30 Sep, when service man diagnosed and fixed the problem at a cost,, tax included, of $575.11 (no service charge).

When I called the George Brazil offices to ask why we had been asked to pay $84 for service on Sunday, I was told that "air conditioning" was handled by a separate part of the company, and that "Plumbing - Heating - Air" on their membership certificates did not refer to air conditioning, which was "handled by another division of the company."Desired Settlement: I paid in full for the services rendered on August 13 and September 30th. I also paid by credit card for the Electrical Service Membershjip ($380.00)," and the "Plumbing Service Membership," ($460.00). I wish to terminate both memberships and have the credit card charges refunded.

The electrician, Gabriel S. , was preceded by a phone call to give me ETA. I received an email with his picture and bio on it prior to his arrival so that I could identify him.
He was professional, figured out my problem and fixed it all in a relatively short period of time

Jamie was very helpful with my leaking shower and helped me find an appropriate faucet for my kitchen sink. He worked quickly and got my shower and kitchen sink back in working order.

Great as always. I use George Brazil Plumbing often. Ernesto always take care of everything I need installed or repaired. Always on time, friendly, quality craftsmanship and leaves the work area very clean once completed.

Michael showed up on time and was very friendly. We look over the problem and then went over the options. He gave me an estimate on the work.

Michael was very professional and worked very hard on the projects. He would often explain to me what he was doing. When the work was finished, he cleaned up. He was excellent and I have trust in the work to do. He also went over what he had done and answered my questions and some instructions.

I found George Brazil on your website and had them come in to quote a job. We needed a 2.5 gal water heater and wanted it installed under the sink. Their quote was for $1073.70 for the water heater alone. We looked on line and most of them were around $200.00. We found a different plumber and they charged $578.00 for the heater and installation.

I just want you to know about this. I can't believe someone would charge so much.

I contacted George Brazil. Advised them, in detail, of the electrical problem I was having. A quote of $40 was given for their electrician to diagnose the problem. When the technician arrived he told me it would be $150 to diagnose the problem. At this point, I had no a/c. The only working electricity in the house was in my living room. I kept my refrigerator running with an extension cord run into the living room. This is my first house and I am ignorant when it comes to electrical repairs. Feeling I had no choice, I agreed to pay the $150. The Electrician went to my breaker box, pulled out one of the breakers. He determined it needed to be repaired. Diagnostic done in less than 5minutes; for $150. The George Brazil prices for a replacement breaker were too expensive. The electrician was pushy. I had to tell him several times I did not want to buy their breakers. His work cut off the little electricity I had in my living room. When I remarked that he was leaving me worst off than when he arrived, he was indifferent. He did not put the frame back on the breaker box. He left the wires and breakers exposed. With tax, I paid a total of $162.68. I am willing to pay the original $40 quoted, but want the remainder reimbursed to me. Thank you

I can't say enough about the quick response, customer service, getting the help I needed when my bathroom flooded the downstairs of my home. [redacted] was very professional and contacted a water extractor company that I am equally happy with. This employee was very courteous, well informed and relieved all the stress from the event.
