Donny and Wade were both great. Very friendy and knowledgeable. Both presented options to keep costs down which was much appreciated. I will definitely use George Brazil again if I need to!

We had a "plumbing emergency" (faucet wouldn't shut off, the shutoff valves under the sink wouldn't operate, and we coudn't get the house shutoff valve to budge) at about 9:00 PM on a Sunday. The company sent out Jack M., and though it was expensive, Jack seemed knowledgable and skilled, as well as being cheerful and friendly. He showed up in a reasonable time, and replaced the faucet and under-sink shutoff valves (and was able to operate the house shutoff), and assuming he had no other calls, was likely home by midnight.

(By the way, I'm a retired Engineer, and have some knowledge and skills in this area myself, though due to medical problems, I can't do any plumbing work myself at the moment.)

excellent company; excellent use of latest technology to do assessments; wonderful staff starting with the person who answers the phone to the person, in this case jason, shows up a the door to do the analysis. i've used geo brazil for heating and air services, and now using them for an assessment for my electrical needs. and just as I expected, they're customer service and quality of work far exceeds their competition. I HIGHLY recommend geo brazil for your next HVAC and electrical needs. I understand they do plumbing too, but haven't had to have work done in that area--yet. they will be at the top of my "bid list" if the need for plumbing work ever surfaces. thank you jason and geo brazil. jorge.

John was very professional and courteous. He fixed our problems right away. He provided an electrical inspection of the rest of the house and gave us estimates for possible future repairs and upgrades. No sales pressure, a pleasant experience.

Our annual plumbing service from George Brazil was done by Walter F, his performance was uniformly excellent, doing all requested repairs very quickly and efficiently (RO filters, two drain plugs). Enjoyed interacting with him, discussed a possible upgrade to our water softener (carbon filter), but combination of current finances (on disability with a fraction of my income), and possible house sale in the next 1-2 years makes deferral the best choice.

Expensive, but the overall service from the call to the final signing of the work was very professional and of a high level. I've called them out twice so far, and each time the technician was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They work very clean and do a very good job keeping you informed of what's going on. There are probably more economical companies, but you can trust this one and can rely on quality service.

I broke off a shower cartridge while trying to replace myself. Of course it was Saturday night at 7pm. Adam was at my house and able to remove and replace by 1030pm. Price was what you think you would be paying Saturday night for plumbing repair. Technician very knowledgeable, professional, and up front on the pricing.

We hired George Brazil to come out and fix two dimmer switches (master and remote) in the house. The dimmers stopped working and would not communicate to the remote switch (they had been working for over 13 years. After multiple visits, and replacements for the switches (which still did not fix the problem) the electrician told me that the problem was my bulbs, not the new switches. He indicated that he could replace the lights with "top of the line" LED lights (that George Brazil uses exclusively and tries to get homeowners to switch to) for $100.00 per can. While I thought this was high, I was willing to pay just to get the problem fixed. I asked the electrician to VERIFY that the new LED lights would work with the new switches he had just installed and he assured me they were approved.

UNFORTUNATELY, that was not true. NONE of the lights worked. One set will not communicate with the remote dimmer switch without resetting it multiple times per day. The other set flashes and turns off, then turns on again and works temporarily (until you turn the lights off, then the problem repeats). Nor something I expect from 1 - a company that says it is the most professional in town or 2- an electrician who guaranteed that the lights would work with the switches (there is an approved list, so this isn't rocket science) or 3 - from ANY company charging $100 for an installed light that RETAILS for $19.99.

I then spoke with a Manager who offered to only charge me $80 for lights that he assured me he had personally verified as being compatible with the switches his company had just installed. Not even close to good enough. At $80 per light (for a LED Recessed Downlight Retrofit) that retails for $19.99 (assuming George Brazil gets them at $10 wholesale) I would be paying an effective labor rate of over $1600 per hour (it only took the electrician about 15 minutes to replace the lights).

I am REALLY surprised by this level of service as I had used their services before. I will definitely be finding a different company to work with and encourage you to do the same.

I used George Brazil to replace a leaky water heater. Tom M was the plumbing technician that serviced my problem. He discovered an additional problem that I was not aware of. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very pleasant. He is definitely an asset to the company. I felt the pricing was quite steep compared to other companies, but maybe that is the difference between quality service. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of George Brazil Plumbing. I had (at that time) a small leak in a underground pipe in front of my house and much to my surprise they scheduled someone to come out on a Sunday, which is apparently a normal work day for them so they don't charge any extra fess for Sunday. They ran into problems with the job before me so they had to reschedule for the next day but since my problem wasn't an emergency I was ok with it. They gave me a credit for making me wait which was great. The next day I got an e-mail from them telling me who was coming along with his photo so I would know that he was legit. He came out exactly when he was supposed to and was super nice and extremely professional and knowledgeable (Thanks Shane Cotton!). He determined that the leak was actually coming from my neighbors pipes... Yay! The credit they had given me for the original missed appointment covered the house call charge so it cost me nothing! It is so hard to find anyone with even the slightest hint of professionalism so I was thrilled with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing (or electrical) service. I just had H. Camas here from George Brazil to put in Batteries in my smoke alarms and my electrical check up. He did an excellent job and went over everything that mite need taking care of. Showed me the pictures and then showed me the areas for me to see. I got a print out of everything and had two of the things done now. He wasn't pushy and having hie office call me in April so I can get the rest of it done.

I have been very pleased with the service given for me. I received an e-mail alerting me to the arrival of the technician along with his picture. also he calls to let me know he is on the way and when to expect him. He was courteous,efficient, and fixed what he could of the problem and told me where I could obtain the necessary product needed to fix the garage door code box. I would call again when needed.

We needed a kitchen sink and faucet disconnected for a kitchen remodel. Ernesto was prompt, professional, and courteous, getting the job done efficiently and well, including removing a difficult faucet connection. Our dogs loved him and he was very kind to them. I highly recommend Ernesto and will definitely request his services again.

I have used George Brazil several times in the past and have always had a good experience with their people. Always very knowledgeable and professional. They also stand behind their work. I purchased my AC system from them. Two months later when it broke down on a Sunday, they had someone out to my house within 2 hours to fix it under warranty.
This time I had my electrical breakers replaced, a vent fan and a new smoke detector system installed. All done in about 3 hours. The electrician was Camas and he did a great job.
I highly recommend George Brazil. Great people and great customer service.
