BEST service we've had in our 7 years in AZ! Wonderful phone agent, Crystal, took interest in our immediate need and worked to get Adam G to us ASAP on a Saturday. Adam did an EXCELLENT job...first class. We love your protocol to cover the floor and work area; using footies at the door. FAST & EFFICIENT...and worth every single dollar. Hard to get this service let alone on a Saturday. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Thank you, Adam!!!

Kris and Adam were very professional, but I think the price for the water heater installation was excessive after viewing prices of water heaters. I was in a rush to have something done after my water heater caught on fire. I just got another quote for same water heater INSTALLED for $868.00 by a very reputable company. I paid George Brazil over $1800.00.

Office called ahead to let me know Dave would be here in a half hour. I was impressed with not only his appearance, but his professional manner, courteousness and knowledge. He figured out the plumbing problem within 5 minutes, fixed the problem and told me how to stay ahead of the problem in the future. He also gave me an estimate for another project we wanted to accomplish in the future. I was very satisfied with the service he provided as well as the price. I currently call George Brazil for air conditioning services would definitely call them again for any further plumbing issues we have.

I want to say that the experience I had with the team at George Brazil, Adam and his co-worker (apologize for not remembering his name) was excellent. I have George Brazil for my AC work, and just recently tried them for the first time for some electrical work. Gabriel S. was the assigned technician, and was great. I had yet another excellent experience with George Brazil. Anthony and Nick came out to our house to install a new HVAC unit, and in just one day they finished the job perfectly. It was a BIG job and they got it done efficiently and professionally. The price was right, and the two guy doing the work were very courteous and professional. Really just a nice experience.

Chris and Adam were awesome! They showed up on time and were very polite and professional. GB customer service is great!!! I was only disappointed in the cost, using this company is way more expensive then I ever expected. I was in a bind and trusted them to give me a fair price. I paid $1800 for a water heater and learned afterwards I paid double what other plumbers charge. I was in a bind and didn't have time to shop around....I wish I had.

I've been trying to figure out the best method of increasing available hot water in my house. Three full baths, lots of showers, laundry, etc. Been reading about hybrid systems, electric tankless...all sound attractive, but no consensus of opinion from 'experts' as to what is best for my house. I called George Brazil and Dave came out. He listened, spoke candidly from his professional and personal experiences and left me with several options to consider. Not sure (yet) which way I'll go, but regardless, I'll be calling George Brazil...and Dave...to do the work. Great experience.

We had the 50-year old shower valve fail and and needed replacing. Ernesto provided a quote on the replacement of the cartridge and for the replacement of the valve itself if the cartridge removal failed. Unfortunately, the attempt to remove the cartridge failed when the tool to remove it broke. The replacement of the value was completed with a few hours time with minimal disruption. Ernesto and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were both courteous and helpful.

George Brazil had installed my new A/C a couple of years ago. So, when I needed a new sink soap dispenser I called the same company. Mike, the service technician, came and suggested a review of all my plumbing since it had never been done before. It turned out that in addition to the soap dispenser six turn-off valves were badly corroded, one faucet needed replacing and the security valve on the hot-water heater was not working. Mike worked very diligently and professionally. I am glad that he replaced all those valves and prevented a possible flood in the house. He showed me all the parts he replaced and they were really in extremely bad condition.
I had also used George Brazil before for some electrical work and am very glad that one of my friends recommended this company to me a couple of years ago. I give this company a 10- star rating.

Earnests and Dan were very professional and provided honest feedback. They didn't try to pressure me into a sale for a new water heater and softener but did provide quotes for me to compare with other companies. Due to this positive experience, I am considering a membership and am leaning towards going through George Brazil for my softener system.

The two men that represented the company did an excellent job repairing the water line to my refrigerator. They were all business and after they knew what the problem was immediately got busy and repaired it. The repair meant several trips into the attic to replace the water line to the refrigerator and although I wasn't keeping track of the time, I know it took several hours. I have no complaint with the time it took or their work. My complaint is with the bill. Not the amount ,over $2300, which I paid with a check, but I did not get a receipt. The worker said I would get it in the mail. That is probably so, I have no reason to doubt the integrity of this company, but it is always best to get proof of payment at the time you pay.

Hi *** and thank you for your feedback. We have taken your concern and we are actively working on a solution. We are a "paperless" company so we do email our invoices which reflect your payment. However, if you don't have access to email, we will mail you the invoice. However, you are correct, that leaves the customer without a receipt right at that moment. Thank you again for your feedback, it will only help us improve.

Thomas K was knowledgeable and professional. He efficiently diagnosed a kitchen pipe break in an exterior wall that was leaking water outside the house. We especially appreciate his attention to detail in the overall plumbing check that uncovered a water heater not working properly and a much needed water pressure regulator. All issues that could have been much worse if not attended to now. Thomas K clearly explained the what, why and what if - and the options available to us - for each issue on the checklist. It was a pleasure dealing with Thomas K. He made a challenging situation easier to manage. We easily can recommend George Brazil as a company to contact when a plumbing need arises.

George Brazil seems to operate the way you always hope a company will (but, these days, usually don't). They set up my appointment promptly and courteously; kept the appointment; troubleshot the two sources of my electrical problems, one with my switchbox switches, one with our pool heat pump; fixed both (getting a part delivered by another staffer while our installer took a few minutes for lunch); verified that everything was working and tidy; and left with everything working and with two satisfied customers. Tech Roger V. handled every aspect of the job competently and with charm.
