Dave M of George Brazil came out to our house due to a leak. He quickly found the leak in our main pipe leading up from the utility box and quickly fixed the leak. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Dave.

The electrician service was professionally handled. Clean up and timeliness excellent. My only complaint is the the service was very expensive and above market rates. In the past I have found the HVAC rates very competitive and continue to use this service..

My experience was very positive from beginning to end. I highly recommend Walter. He installed my tankless water heater and cleaned up after he was finished. Amazing work!

Fernando with George Brazil was personal, professional and explained everything to me. He replaced my water heater in the time he said it would take. He left the work area as neat as he found it. Further, he took a look at the rest of our plumbing and made recommendations for things to watch for. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I do, however, the cost was more than I expected.

Should have been suspicious when the customer service agent would not give me an approximate cost to replace a garbage disposal that I had purchased. When the plumber arrived he quoted a price of $420 to do the replacement. In my younger days I've replaced 4 and know what is involved. This quoted price was totally out of line. We paid the obligated $39.95 service call charge and said adios.

Have not used any other company since 1995. Shane and Eric were very professional, knowledgeable, personable. Felt no pressure to do anything but what I needed repaired and to get up to code. Planning on installing conditioner soon and will request same personnel.

Bobbie J. installed a Coverstar Automatic Pool Cover Open/Close switch on block wall by our Pool Pump Equipment. He did a fantastic job digging the underground trench from the electrical box, to the block wall and was able to get the and the trench dug to the Pool Cover Motor. He used underground conduit and made perfect the perfect bends in the conduit. The Switch is now placed exactly where we can see the pool to operate the cover, and Bobbie covered, up the conduit and put the rocks back as if nothing had been disturbed. After receiving the initial quote for the job, the people in the office at George Brazil who look over his quotes made a suggestion to him on he could save us some money if he quoted the job another way, so when he came back to do the work he did that and was able to save us $350.00. Kudos to George Brazil on their honest business practices.

We have used George Brazil services for ten years. Today we had a plumbing issue, and Walter F. was the employee sent to solve the problem. Walter was very professional, knowledgable, personable, and explained everything so we could understand it. Walter was by far the best representative for all the George Brazil Company would want every employee to exhibit. We have had some great representatives, but Walter F. was the very best.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Let me know what they were going to do every step of the way and made suggestions how to improve the way we were doing things; we approved their recommendations & they install every one.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Georgr Brazil personnel. Thomas K. was sent to re-adjust the temperature on my newly installed water heater. It was adjusted to my satisfaction and Tom explained everything in detail. He patiently answered all my questions and did not leave until the temperature was adjusted to my satisfaction.

The service was exactly as I hoped it would be; fast and effective. The plumber (Dave) was polite and informative but did not allow himself to be distracted from the task at hand. I was very pleased with the service and pleased with the amount charged.

I really want to share the wonderful experience I had with Shane Cotton from George Brazil. Let me preface by saying that finding you have a slab foundation leak on the hot line is not a wonderful experience, but rather the service provided by Shane to fix my leak was top notch.
Shane was on time, laid a door mat and wore booties, made sure the job site was protected with plastic,since there was many holes made in dry wall in order to re-route. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered any question I had.
He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I really appreciated the time Shane took after the repair to ensure the leak was fixed and that all my appliances which had to be turned off and pulled out ran without incident. He ran my dishwasher and washing machine to make sure everything was reconnected properly. His attention to detail was so very much appreciated and I would without hesitation request Shane Cotton again! Thank you George Brazil for employing plumbers who live up to your Mission and deliver excellent customer service.

Follow-up work was completed to the highest standard with professionalism and courtesy. Not cheap, but I think you buy piece of mind when using a good company like George Brazil.
