Gabriel, our electrical tech, could not have been better! He took the time to explain every aspect of our needs/costs, left work areas spotless, made additional recommendations along the way but was never pushy, and we always felt very comfortable and safe having him in our home.

Electrician Tony from Geo Brazil arrived promptly on site. He was very professional . He listened attentively to my needs. Reveviewed what he felt needed to be done. I agreed. I completed the work quickly. He commented on what he felt needed to be addressed for future.
There were no surprises. I was very satisfied. I would recommend geo Brazil very highly.

If you pass the lady answering the phone and her lack of empathy or capacity solving scheduling issues the service is great. The plumber and electrician that went to work in my house were professional, knowledgeable, meticulous at work, but oh boy, you have to pass first the rudeness and zero intention to help of the dispatcher answering the phone.

Adam G was very thorough and resolved my problem quickly. I am glad that he was the technician that came out to help me in such a dire emergency. I highly recommend Brazil for any plumbing and electrical needs.

This afternoon Adam g*** came to our home because of leak from shower wall.. Leak was behind shower on to carpet. He found the problem a crack in spout after cutting into wall and turning on shower.the crack caused water to leak inside the wall and on floor under wood studs.I approved the additional work. Adam went and got new nipple and spout. The work was performed in a timely manner and the service call was at the time promised. All was explained clearly to me. Adam was pleasant and efficient. I have used George Brazil for electrical and plumbing and always very satisfied.

John E, you were gracious and understanding. Thought we had an electrical problem that turned out to be nothing at all. After driving over an hour late in the day he simply said “ It happens; Merry Christmas”. He couldn’t have been nicer. George Brazil can be proud that employees like John represent their company.

Prompt arrival time. Complete water system inspection. They did the work required and told me the cost before starting the job. Clean up was fine. Pointed out potential areas of problems to keep an eye on. Courteous team members.

Jason was on time, very courteous, carefully listened to and understood the problem before proceeding. He was highly efficient, while being very polite . He even educated us about how the problem may have occurred. He advised us on how to save on bills and prevent such a problem in the future. Overall Jasons's work was very well done.

What a fantastic experience with George Brazil. David M. as well as the other technician, James, were both extremely helpful and took the time to explain all of my options. David was diligent, careful, and ensured that I understood my plumbing issues. Not only that, but the entire George Brazil team remained in contact with me to alert me when the plumbers were on their way. Realized we had a slab leak. George Brazil tech out same day. Ernesto called Dave the locator, confirmed location of leak and manifolds, and completed repairs the same day. Ernesto worked incredibly hard, and remained positive and professional for the entire service call

Very pleased with Wade's professional and personal skills. He showed up on time and quickly took care of an issue with the hot water heater supply line. He answered all my questions and made sure the issue was fixed before he left.
