the service fee while booking the appointmentIt is a standard fee for plumbing service calls From what I can see from the picture, the red shut off valve has a decent amount of corrosion on the shut off valveRather than creating a bigger mess by the valve breaking, it appears felt it was best to shut the water off to the homeBy doing this it saved the customer money because he would not have to change the corroded valve if it broke while turning it offWe try to give everyone a great experience, and I hope to be able to try with this client againI am going to send him a gift card in the mail as a show of good faithWe hope that this will improve the customers faith in our company. thank you *** ***

accountI have also also spoke to her on at least occasionsI would like to point out that Mrs *** states in her complaint that she does have a leakA whole house air conditioning system is a closed system, and there for should never be low on Freon, further more RFreon is considered harmful according to the EPASo just putting Freon into the system to allow it to leak into the atmosphere is not in anyone's best interest She also makes the claim that our service technician informed her that her coil was inch coil and she needed a in coilA 14" coil will fit in her furnace, however it is too small and too much air will pass by the coil, and the system will not be used to maximize cooling as untreated air will pass around the extra place and not thru the coil as designed Finally we have met her desired outcome prior to her filing the claim with your organizationThe customers biggest complaint that the refund didn't go back into her bank within hoursWe unfortunately we do not control the banking process, and therefore this was out of our controlthank you for you time and attention to this matter

I have reviewed the

They have not processed and reimbursed me for two out-of-network claims from December They have processed one out-of-network claim from December 2016, but they have not added the interest/penalty fee for waiting over days to address the claim They have not paid ANY of my in-network providers for services my family members have received in December 2016, January 2017, or March They have randomly chosen to process a few claims and stated that they are not covering any of the services (even though we had prior approval) I have submitted a formal complaint to the New York State Department of Financial Services and to the United States Department of Labor - Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the complaint has been accepted on the merits of my extensive problems with BPA, Inc., ENA, and *** *** *** BPA, Inchas not resolved my problem, nor did they "promise" that they would resolve my problem For several months they have told me that they were looking into the problem and did not respond to me until they learned that I filed a complaint with NYS

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you again for allowing use to clear up any confusion for the customerAs you can see below we had given the customer options that would have corrected the concerns with the gurgling, however the customer chose to go with a lower optionwe believe that our contracted work is working to the customers satisfaction, as he stated that we have installed a working pumpWe hope that this clears up any concerns in regards to this contractPlease use the paperwork below to show the options given to the customerWe woudl be happy to come out and review the work that needs to be done with him againand try to resolve any further concerns he may have

Gillece is not sticking to its guarantee I paid on January on January the drain backed up again that's five days later and *** *** refused to send someone else out unless I agreed to let them do the dollars worth of work that they claim I needed I wouldn't agree (there hast to be some type of warrantee on there work) Then he said he would send me dollars back after I filed a complaint he went back on his word I paid a license Plummer come and he ran the snake through the house trap it has not backed up again I think Gillece owes me for not fixing the problem and still charging me I should get a full refund I *** never do business with them again I think it's a problem when a business has complaints against themI guess that just a coincidence

I understand the service call fee: I maintain that the 'said' REQUIRED-WORK to complete the job -- draining the house -- was not necessary to complete the work My request for service was to complete the project in the most expedient and cost-effective manner -- that did not involve draining the house Therefore I had NO 'service-call'.Both shut-off valves -- each two-feet on both sides of the leak -- although with external corrosion, operate smoothly that was never addressed by the plumber.Shutting off the valves, closing the line with the leak -- would have the same effect as draining the house, the neighborhood, or Allegheny CountyThus the 'work-required' to complete the job was grossly inflated - AND - there was 'no service call' -- someone did take a ride to my houseSince the work was inflated the price was also excessive I did not call to be fleeced, but with expectations to have the job done.I would appreciate a direct credit or adjustment for the expense I incurred There was no benefit from the experience with the plumber

Thank you for allowing us to clear up the matter with the client. We understand that there are 2 sides to every concern. The client purchased a furnace from us in 2009, after reviewing their contract no where does it state they have a labor warranty. We have in the past offered a 5 year labor...

warranty, and according to our records that would have expired in 2014. We have done warranty work in the past (2013). At this point we explained to the client that she no longer carries a labor warranty, and the issue was their igniter and that is considered a wearable item.. (similar to breaks on a car). We made that this extremely clear to the client prior to them making the purchase of the replacement item. We have also included the original contract and all the paper work to support our side.

In reviewing the attached invoice provided by the customer from [redacted] Cleaning Specialists, we first observe and note that we believe this invoice does not meet the guidelines and requirements under Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Law and therefore we believe is in violation accordingly.  Further, unless we are accidentally missing something, we do not see any paperwork from [redacted] that the work is guaranteed for 2 months and that the sewer line is not broken.Further and in general, if a a sewer line is snaked and/or hydrojet cleaned and is or becomes open, the sewer line may still have structural defects in which the sewer line may need applicable repairs or replacement.Individual companies establish their own pricing.  We provided upfront pricing and the customer accepted accordingly.As long as the customer desires, we would be more than happy to camera the sewer line again to further diagnose accordingly.

Once again, Gillece Services did not and does not have an agreement/contract to do the applicable work as described by Mr. [redacted] in his Revdex.com complaint.Gillece Services provided Mr. [redacted] with options/solutions to take care of his concerns but he rejected all options/solutions.Accordingly, Mr. [redacted] did not pay any monies to Gillece Services for applicable work as described by Mr. [redacted] in his Revdex.com complaint.In turn at the applicable time, Mr. [redacted] appears to have hired our technician Bill L[redacted] by way of side work on Bill's own time.Mr. [redacted] rejected the services of Gillece Services, apparently hired our technician Bill L[redacted] by way of side work on Bill's own time, and Gillece Services does not have responsibility for the side work of Bill L[redacted].

Once again, in the communication from the customer dated January 13, 2017, the customer communicates that the filters are no longer wanted.  Accordingly, an internal request had been made to process a refund of $159 for the filters.On the other matters as we communicated previously, we view this overall matter as potentially involving defamation on the part of the customer and potentially on the part of individuals/companies in the heating and cooling industry based upon the comments made by the customer. Accordingly, please have customer provide written information on the applicable customer's statements including "Later found out from their peers that they are one of the worst dealers in the area, and always in court" and "Buyer beware of this organization they came over to my house with a conman named Steve who is disguised as a technician with the purpose of conning me out of additional 9 thousand dollars.  Buyer beware Buyer beware, Buyer beware,Buyer beware,Buyer beware. Run from theses guys I am a retired sales rep and have never seen such unethical maneuvers."  In the most recent communication from the customer dated 1/17/17, additional potential defaming statements have been made such as "I have shared this situation with many of my friends and acquaintances and they all reply with the following statement: Why would you buy from these people they are know for those situations and high pressure tactics. And they overprice everything."  As of this date, the customer has not provided written information on the applicable statements made.  The warranty being referred to by the customer appears to be that of being through the manufacturer.  To expand, the labor warranty through Gillece Services has already expired and is therefore not active.  Any potential warranty remaining would be through the manufacturer.We believe that the Revdex.com has some responsibility in reasonably and adequately dealing with the potential defamation against our business by this customer, other individuals/companies in the heating and cooling industry, and friends and acquaintances of the customer.
