Not even a little bit satisfied. I was concerned that they didn't reflect my latest premium payment and didn't want coverage to lapse. As a senior, I have some memory issues, but I had the latest bank statement handy, along with a canceled check. They wouldn't discuss with me unless I could furnish grandson's birthday. I had the account number, check number, and date, address, phone number, etc, but no-go, even with a supervisor.

BTW, their phone answering system is HORRID! Nearly impossible to get to the point of talking with a human. I feel sure this is by design, as I don't expect they actually want to talk to a customer.

If I hadn't had the insurance for so many years I would have canceled it immediately.

Very dissatisfied.

Within 10 business days? What happy ht is that? Don't bother.

The rep who assisted me was very courteous. He gave me the precise information I needed, and he seemed to be properly informed in that he was quick to be reassuring about what I needed to know about my Glove Life Insurance policy. Nice customer service representative. If only more companies would train their reps to be NICE and PATIENT. We customers sometimes make calls unsure of how to word our requests so that the other person understands our concerns. I was very happy to have help from a NICE PERSON.

Globe Life keeps mailing me solicitations after I have already asked them to stop contacting me.
I just received another ad in the mail and I have asked Globe Life to permanently remove my address from all of their mailing list. Please do not ever send anything in the mail to Richard R or to anyone at

The business did not include a direct phone number or email address for me to contact them. My parents also want to be removed from the mailing list. If the business does not want another Revdex.com complaint filed against them, please provide direct contact information for people to get their name/address off the marketing lists. An email was sent today to Mr. R at his request and the information he requested was provided. The email is as follows:

Dear Mr. R, we received your follow-up correspondence regarding the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com on 8/21/19. In your correspondence, you requested that we email you to provide a telephone number or email address that your parents can use to contact us to request to be removed from our mailing list.

Your parents can contact Globe Life directly at my email address of *** or they can fax their request to***. As soon as I receive their address information, I will personally add them to our Do Not Mail List. In order to ensure that we receive the correct information, we prefer to receive the name and address information in writing by either email format or by fax instead of by telephone.

False advertisement, questionable business ethics and possible violation of the HIPPA law.
I received an application in the mail. I filled it out and sent it in. It said the coverage was guaranteed and that no health questions would be asked. A few days later a representative called me from the company and started asking all kinds of questions. Then I was told I was being denied coverage due to the health questions I answered, even though their advertisement said there would be no health questions. I feel duped and also angry that they tricked me into answering questions. Lord knows who they shared that information with. That part makes me feel violated.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop their false advertisement practices and also for my information to be stricken from their records and a written promise that they did not and will not share my personal information, health and any other information, such as income, everything about me. I put a general date as to when I contacted them about this, it's close but probably not exact.

In her complaint, Ms. alleges that Globe Life's advertisements say "no health questions will be asked". However, that simply is not the case. Globe Life's applications for insurance coverage (telephonic, internet, or direct mail) do ask health questions. These questions are necessary to underwrite the coverage. Contrary to statements in Ms. complaint, the coverage is NOT guaranteed.

According to our records, *** M. *** contacted Globe Life via telephone on 03/27/19 after receiving a brochure for life insurance coverage. Per our usual and routine procedure, Ms. was asked (and answered) several questions regarding her health history.

Twice during this phone call the agent did advise Ms. that someone would call her back to verify the application. Ms. did not express any resistance to such call. A quality assurance representative did contact Ms. on 03/29/19 to verify the information on the application, including her health history.

While Globe Life would like to insure everyone under a life policy, we are not always able to do so. Based on the information received during both telephone calls, we were unable to approve Ms. for the $30,000.00 coverage requested.

An insurance policy that has been active since 2013 has not been paid out on, and there is no response from the insurance company or call backs about inquiry's.

The business either needs to call back with the correct information and give us a fair and accurate resolution or return the insurance premiums.

They take advantage of poor people promising coverage but after policy was paid into since 2001 reading the fine print their were rider clauses I wasn't aware.After trying to cancel it they agreed to refund me $ 22.00. People please read the fine print

I still feel that I was deceived by Globe Life paid into this policy for 18 yrs. I made a mistake by not talking with an agent. That being said buyer beware, Insist on talking a human and take your time in deciding if its works for you. Stop just mailing in the offer that's delivered by post. Don't expect to be contacted about the policy after you receive the welcome package by mail.. The only time I heard from them was if payment was late by email. Never spoke to an agent by phone within the last 18yrs..

You have the stupidest people working your phones and offices as the messed up the policy for my grandson and because of the way the messed it up I wasn't allowed to set up a payment schedule.

I think their commercials on TV with Alex *** are totally misleading. They grab you in with that commercial, but as soon as you seem interested, the price is much higher than quoted in that commercial. False advertising at the least!! We are still searching!

I asked for a quote about 5 yrs ago , now I can't get the junk mail stopped
Can't get junk mail stopped ,on 8/3/19 I got a junk mail from globe life,this envelope has my name current address anmd my BIRTHDATE ,on front of envelope ,I have tried repeatadly to get the junk mail stopped ,this comes after I had contacted Globe for a quote and I declined ,this was about 5 years ago and the junk mail still comes

cease and desist ALL contact immediately When I get a supervisor on the phone ,they say they will get it stopped ,but the mail keeps comming with my birthdate on front of envelope

This business has stated this a few times in the past , But I still got their mail also why would it take 60 to 90 days ,when I requested it be stopped before ,they just lied and gave lip service ..... This is in response to your follow-up correspondence dated August 22, 2019, regarding the above referenced complaint.

We are sorry that Mr. C does not accept our response, but we have taken all steps to ensure that Mr. C does not receive further mailings from Globe Life. Unfortunately, any mailings that have already been scheduled cannot be pulled. Our Marketing Department has been notified and after 90 days from the initial notification date, no further mailings will go out to Mr. C.

Mr. C mentioned in his follow-up correspondence that he is on the Do Not Call Registry, but he did not previously indicate that he was getting phone calls from Globe Life. We have now added his telephone number to our Do Not Call list so he should not receive any further telephone calls. Also, we did not send a response directly to Mr. C. Our response was sent through the Revdex.com since that is how we received his complaint. We will not correspond directly with Mr. C.

Iam a new customer. My daughter *** policy has not been mailed. I need my policy mailed to me.I have been waiting since May 15 th. I have requested it numerous times along with my agent Eric *** with Acuquote.Please debit my account $5.41( premium amount each month)May june and july was debitted incorrectly ( double the premium). The bank refunded it on july 24 while they research the company error.

Nor was Acuquo provided accurate info. 3. I need a direct email address for Globe. For future questions to avoid useless telephone calls I need Globe's email. Fax#. Phone# and address.

I received a bill in the mail from Globe insurance about the Aug premium. I do have bank statements that the Aug payment was drafted and processed on Aug 12th for $5.41 ( however there was an addition payment of $5.41 that was not authorized, thus my bank blocked Globe Life). My policy should be current, please confirm?

My complaint to Revdex.com also was to get duplicated drafting corrected. 2 premiums amounts/ month. $5.41 each.

Please research this matter.

There are duplicate payments being drafted. At this time I decided not to have my premium drafted until further notice.
Please research this matter. Billing has been drafted incorrectly since policy began in May 2019.
It was a by phone application, thus there may be some kind of bank info entered incorrectly by your dept.
Is there a way I can access my policy for address updates or changes and the option to pay online?
