(“Dealer”) for the purchase of the Chevrolet MalibuEmployees of GM Financial were not present at the dealership during the signing of the contract and GM Financial was not an original contracting party in any agreements between the two partiesThe contract was subsequently assigned to GM Financial.? You promised to pay the amount financed of $28,and a finance charge of $11,which resulted in a total of payments of $40,698.00, if all payments are made on the contracted date they are dueIt is important to understand that this Contract is a “simple interest” contract, meaning that interest is accrued daily on the unpaid portion of the amount financed, as indicated on the face of your contract, as well as on page two under “Finance Charge and Payments”By signing the contract, you agreed to abide by these terms, including paying the principal amount plus finance charges accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 11.90% in installments of $due monthly beginning on March 29, 2015.? Currently, your account is days past due for the May 29, installment due date.? I am rejecting this response because:The issue was not resolvedThe complaint is due to the business never stating their name on any phone calls or voicemail messages leftYou cannot call someone and leave a voicemail with only a persons name and ask for a call back the business needs to state their name or else I just assume it is a strange random person calling whom I do not knowAlso the business stated they mailed a letter before repossession but no such letter was ever receivedI had no prior knowledge the car would be repossessedOn the day it was repossessed I thought the car to be stolen because no notification was givenAgain, a company must leave their name on a voicemail for someone to know who is callingAnd no such letter that GM states they mailed out was received to the mailing address on file or we would not have been in the situationIf I had received the letter or received a voicemail stating it was from GM financial matters would have been handled and paid and would not had led to the car being repossessed.?

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I now understand that GM Financial cannot stop the *** *** processHowever, I was told by your company that they could stop it with a promise to payWhen a customer is told by a representative of a company that a procedure can be done, they believe themIt became truth because your employee told me that is how your company worksShe said it as though it was a standard operating procedureI understand that I agreed to have the money taken out by *** ***, however, your employee told me that by her entering information into your system, it would stop the processYour company lied to meThis caused me unnecessary harm in the form of overdraft feesShe said that what she entered into the system would stop *** *** from running the payment againThis is about me trusting your company and your trained representativesYou are avoiding the fact that your employee flat out lied to me, putting me in a position where I couldn't protect myself due to an untruthI could have borrowed money to cover it if I was told that it would run again regardlessBut that isn't what I was toldI was told that my bank account wouldn't be touched againThis gave me a sense of security given by your company.Your company caused me unnecessary overdraft feesYour customer service representatives lie, mock, and insult your customers and instead of making it right you continue to show me that my business isn't importantYou say that you take your customer service seriously, yet you continue to inform me that what happened to me is acceptable and okayThis situation shouldn't happen to customersIf a customer is harmed by something a company does, and that company cares, the company makes it rightI trusted that your employees knew what they were talking about, I trusted that the information I was given was accurateAnd now I have been put in a situation where your company lied and you are standing by that lie.?
